Your reference to absurd abstractions such as "manifest destiny" and "evolutionary duty" that implies some kind of socio-biological determinism is, frankly, pseudo-scientific cobblers. Also, the ethnic cleansing of the indigenous population of the United States predated international law and so comparisons with the contemporary situation in Israel-Palestine are moot. Thirdly, I'm not denying the accomplishments inherent to capitalism. On the contrary, I recognize that capitalism has been hugely beneficial to mankind in terms of the extent of productive resources it has engendered. Your attempts at conflating Hobbesian capitalism with pseudo-scientific and quasi-religious psychobabble, is laughable.

So you are saying that Israel will never comply with the law? Not even the UN Charter?

I never suggested you suggested it is.. I'm suggesting that this is the reason why you can't possibly attain an agreement. It's like saying to the guy who robbed you of 100.00, and then the police say, if he gives you back 50 of those dollars, then will you not press charges?

That resolution is your LEGAL obligation. It doesn't matter if you like it or not; you have to do it. That's the same lesson in "responsibility" you have to teach children, FFS, and yet your leaders say things like (actual quote from Netenyahu) "We don't care what the UN thinks".

Do you have the same policy for Iran? Like for building nukes or forbidding oversight of their nuclear production? Not adhering to their treaties? Is it okay and justifiable when Iran say, we don't care, we'll do what I want! I dare you to answer this question.

I understand nationalistic policy that subordinates the lives of foreign people, though I don't agree with it. In this case, it's a false dichotomy. You're not going to "die" because you stop brutalizing your neighbors. You will be LESS likely to die, actually. Like many unarmed Palestinians who got shot dead on their own side of the fence (although land on the other side belongs to Palestinians too) so you shoot them dead before they even breach the fence! How is that self-defense? What happens next? He breaches the fence then runs off to Tel Aviv and suicide bombs a theatre? Like the IOF can't chase him down across the "buffer zone"? It's cold-blooded murder, with nothing necessary about it.

The scoffing off of the UN as you and your leaders do is completely hypocritical. If they say what you like it's all good. But if not, then they are worthless and you hate them.

Now let me tell you something before you finish biting off the hand feeding you: If it weren't for the UN, YOU WOULDN'T EVEN HAVE AN ISRAEL. The international community would have kicked your asses out of Palestinian lands and held you guilty for a plethora of war crimes, long since. But thanks to the USA abuse of veto power, you can rest easy knowing that nobody will stop you until you've driven out every Palestinian into the Mediterranean.

If the UN is of no use, why don't you drop out then? Withdraw from the UN Charter and sacrifice the auspices it grants you to survive, putting your money where your mouth is, or else stop complaining about.

    Yea......I dont think so,

Bottom line, they wont get (*)(*)(*)(*) if they dont give something in return, and you can stop "feeding" us whenever you feel like it.

The wiping the Palestinian's from the map has been the Zionist wet-dream from the outset. This is why the peace process is a farce as far as the Israeli's are concerned. Genuine debate inside Israel relating to the Palestinian question is non-existent. As Ilan Pappe confirms, there is only a 'tactical' debate on two issues:

    a) How best to 'sell' to the world the old Zionist wish to have all or most of Palestine with as few Palestinian's remaining within it as possible, and:
    b) the means of achieving it.

Do it the way America handled the same problem. Deport all Muslims from Israel and make Jordan their reservation, even if it means that Israel gets rid of the Jordanian king. Re-take the West Bank, Gaza, and Sinai. Annex southern Lebanon, which is territory forfeited by its having been become merely a base for attacks on Israel. Bomb Jordan indiscriminately if it is used in the same way. War is not between armies, it is between the whole populations of the warring countries. A role model would be Sherman's March to the Sea and the punishment of German and Japanese civilians through World War II bombing.

So the United States, too, should give its entire territory back to the hundreds of Indian tribes who were constantly butchering one another over it and were incapable of developing it beyond a Stone Age level?

The UN is a petting zoo for feralphile multiculturalists. Because of the screeching noises coming from its cages, it should be silenced. Forever.

Al Qaida is a branch of OPEC. The oil-financed jihad has many branches, wherever there are Muslims. Slick attempt at Innocence by Disassociation.

Authoritarian self-centered feralphile snobs have to laugh at everybody else, because it keeps them from thinking about the degenerate darkness inside of them.

"No country can acquire territory by way of war " just quoting international law look to the UN for that. If you prefer to live in a world of a law of the jungle where the man with the biggest stick rules then go to the Congo (the DR Congo). By your level the nazis killing a few jews to get their property would be ok. An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind

Yet more racist bilge from you. Muslims are not a singularly generic group anymore than, for instance, Jews are. But don't let facts get in the way of your hatred and bitterness. What do you think of those Muslim dictators in places like Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Qatar - you know the kinds of corrupt kings and puppet presidents that we support?

So you would place all jews at the same level as the terrorist stern gang (those guys proposed an aliance with Hitler) or the Pharesees that killed Jesus and you would have all Christians are like those of the Salem witch hunt or Stalin (he wanted to become a Christian priest) or the Westboro baptist church. Or you would have all Muslims as Al Qaida. Is your IQ the same as your shoe size?

Yes, when 2 or more recognized countries go to war and when a peace is signed - they can't keep the land they gained.

    That's not the case,

    1) The land Israel gained in 67 was from Jordan and Egypt and both denied ownership saying it should be solved with the Palestinians.
    2) The conqured Palestinans never asked for an indipendant state on what is today recognized "their land", they wanted an all Arab state from sea to river just as its written in 181 and UNSCOP report under "Arab arguments".
    3) When the Palestinains did decide to have an indipendant state siding with Israel it was no sooner than 1988. and even that is not accepted by all Palestinian fractions today.

So, they demand all the lands they lost in 67 - as nothing has ever happend, they dont offer anything in return to suggest they will cease hostileties (Abu Mazen will not stand in the way of those that will continue the terror), Hamas and Jihad openly say they will never recognize Israel and deny any kind of peace with it - so its known the violence will continue, Israel should give up the one and only holy site Jews have and big parts of their capital city for this joke of an agreemnet.

So what is it that we "must" do again ?

Israel must go back to their last internationally recognized borders in order to have any moral high ground. The last borders that Israel and the International community recognize is outlined in Israels response to the UN in S/766 "Question (a): Over which areas of Palestine do you actually exercise control at present? Over the entire area of the Jewish State as defined in the Resolution of the General Assembly of the 29th November, 1947. In addition, the Provisional Government exercises control over the city of Jaffa; Northwestern Galilee, including Acre, Zib, Base, and the Jewish settlements up to the Lebanese frontier; a strip of territory alongside the road from Hilda to Jerusalem; almost all of new Jerusalem; and of the Jewish quarter within the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem. The above areas, outside the territory of the State of Israel, are under the control of the military authorities of the State of Israel, who are strictly adhering to international regulations in this regard." Reply from the state of Israel reply to the UN security council as found on page 3 of UN document number S/766 dated 22 May 1948 (a few days after the declaration of independence). Note the areas outside of the borders of the state of Israel. These areas were set aside for an Arab/ Palestinian state. These areas had an Arab majority and that majority are now the refugees that are denied the right of return to their lands of origin. Would Israelis not take up arms against nazis that had occupied their lands and if so then how can the Israelis find fault with the Jihad groups?

I could also say that not all jewish factions accept a jewish state of Israel

Jordan and Egypt ceded their rights to the Palestinians and recognised the Palestinians right to self determination

So you live in a world where the man with the biggest stick rules and would prefer a Masada like outcome to peace. In a peace agreement both sides get peace and land due to them

We live in the same world and that world tries to enforce the laws on everyone but fails and that's not the only problem, the world has no answer to terror, the crazists always win because they are willing to go where the West does not and that's where my country is at, other countries also fight terror but none shares a border with it.

You suggest peace? what peace is that? they deny a declaration that would terminate thier future claims/continue of violence, about half of their ppl openly say they will continue to fight even after Abu Mazen peace, what peace do you offer?

If Israel obeyed the laws it is bound to obey by its signing of the UN Charter and withdrew from the Occupied Territories there would be no need for rockets. Do you not understand that? It doesn't matter a damn how big or small the land grab is, because there is a basic principle at stake.

Really? Then we should have seen Israel withdraw from the Occupied Territories, according to 242, decades ago. Did this happen while I was asleep and nobody told me?
