She didn't offend me, I could care less about nuts with signs at intersections that like stirring the pot. Legally, no, she doesn't have the right to dump something on her head. However, I live in a world where pissing people off has negative consequences. Go into a biker bar and start calling them names, and after their done beating you half to death, remind them it "wasn't their right" to beat you to a pulp. If she, or you, hasn't figured out how to live peacefully without stirring the pot, things like this are going to happen.

it's not an issue that it was a slushee... the Christian got lucky.
