Woman testifies that Lawyer fondled her, exposed self

In Ohio trial, lawyer suspected of daring and cynical sexual crimes. In particular, the lawyer persuaded mother's his client to intimate relations with the servants of Themis, and then he raped her.
According to investigators U.S., lawyer Armengaud suggested his client's mother to have sex with the judge to mitigate the fate of the defendant. At the same lawyer, according to the woman, alleged that the judge allegedly "is in his pocket" (that is under the full control).
After the woman refused to corrupt judge through sex, Armengaud he attacked her and raped her. The crime was committed in a conference room in the courthouse, near the site of the court hearings. This happened immediately after the verdict son aggrieved. The woman claims that the lawyer forced her to perform oral sex.

What does this have to do with American democracy? Someone has been accused of a crime and they're currently being tried (and thus are innocent until proven guilty). I certainly don't think you can do much gloating about this kind of thing from Somalia by the way, which is hardly a bastion of justice for rape victims.

It is not unusual for people to make false accusations against famous people in hopes of making a quick buck. Monica is the only indiscretion that we know for sure Bill was guilty.

I am glad that you are convinced but that is not really the point. Last time I checked we still adhered to the rule of law in this country = innocent until proven guilty.

 

That's in a court of law. I am perfectly free to say what I think about him. The minute I propose he go to prison for sexually harassing Paula Jones or for raping Juanita Broadrick (sp?), you'll have something to gripe about.

 

You can propose anything you like. I am perfectly free to suggest the moon is made of green cheese but that does not make it true. Clearly there is not sufficient evidence for a conviction.

Considering how ugly Juanita is it is very hard to believe that Bill would have raped her. I just don't buy it. She was likely paid her off. There was a witch-hunt going on at the time and that's that.

There is no way that a prosecutor should be able to put a President, or anyone else for that matter, on the stand and ask them questions about personal consensual sexual relations in relation to "Adultery" and that is exactly what it was.

Now Paula, although not my type, is more up Bill's alley. She claimed Bill exposed himself to here. She ended up posing nude for Penthouse so it is hard to believe that she was much offended by Bill's willy .. This does not excuse Bills actions (assuming he actually did them which we just don't know) but it does show something about the nature of the claimant and the lengths she is willing to go to for personal gain.

I get that Bill was a bit of a playboy .. got it. If we want a person who blindly follows all the rules as President then we should only let accountants apply. Leaders on the other hand tend to challenge boundaries.

A playboy is going to open himself up to malicious accusations. I worked in the service industry for many years - dealing with people in a somewhat subservient role, waiter and other things.

Prior to dealing with the public in this way I used to think "There is a little good in everyone - most people are basically good but sometimes they do bad things"

FALSE thinking on my part. Talk to anyone who has been in a similar role and they will tell you how fast their rose colored glasses were shattered.

The average Joe is a selfish, self serving, lying over the most ridiculous and meaningless things, unscrupulous, vein, pretentious, scum bucket.

Just make someone wrong for something and see how fast they turn into a monster. Offer them a chance at a couple of hundred thousand or more for making a false accusation against a "playboy" - a type they probably have some distain for anyway "he deserves it", and see the ghouls and goblins rise out of their tombs.

 

This "American democracy" no better than "the Somali democracy." The only difference - Somalis are much more modest. Somalis not laugh the whole world, saying - "we have an exceptional nation"
