    The OP has taken this completely out of context. This entire issue is a cultural one and wearing underwear, especially in the poorest regions of Africa such as Kenya, is not something that is traditionally done. You will find the same argument about going barefoot.

    Religious leaders from all over the world will often incorporate their local cultural traditions into their preaching because it is relevant to their community. This man is not a pervert trying to get the women naked, he is more than likely professing to his congregation the importance of valuing tradition.
