    "Law And Order"

As President Obama's government wages its War on Cops, a new report finds a 56% jump in cop-killings — many ambushed and shot by black suspects, just like the two NYPD officers executed in Brooklyn.

The mainstream media have written off the Dec. 20 shooting deaths of NYPD officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos as an "isolated incident," arguing the real threat is from white cops "targeting" black men.

They say their black killer, Ismaaiyl Abdullah Brinsley, was "deranged" when he sneaked up to their parked patrol car and shot them in the head. They dismissed his vengeful act as a "one-off" or "lone" event.

In fact, Liu and Ramos were two of 50 law enforcement officers shot and killed in the line of duty in 2014. That number is up 56% from 2013, when 32 gun-related police deaths were reported, according to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.

Brinsley was hardly alone in targeting and ambushing police. His attack was more of a copycat crime. "Fifteen officers were shot and killed in ambush, more than any other circumstance of fatal shootings, in 2014," said the Washington-based police fund.

The White House and its press popinjays have made great hay of the racial element in the Ferguson, Mo., and Staten Island, N.Y., cases involving black suspects who died while resisting arrest.

But they completely overlook the race factor in recent shootings of police. Here is a sampling:

    • December: Marco Antonio Parilla Jr. allegedly shot and killed — and even ran over — Tarpon Springs (Fla.) officer Charles Kondek after the former NYPD cop responded to a noise complaint at a home near Tampa. Parilla, 23, is biracial, while Kondek, 45, was white.

    • July: Police say Lawrence Campbell, a 27-year-old African-American, ambushed and murdered Jersey City, N.J., police officer Melvin Santiago and his partner after they answered a robbery-in-progress call at a drugstore. Santiago, 23, was gunned down in a hail of bullets fired by the ex-con, who moments earlier boasted to a bystander he was "going to be famous."

    • July: Carl Le'Ellis Blount Jr., a 25-year-old black man, was charged in the shooting death of Gary, Ind., police officer Jeffrey Westerfield, who was white. Westerfield was responding to a shots-fired call in a domestic dispute when Blount allegedly shot him while he sat in his squad car. The officer, who would have turned 47 that day, never even pulled his weapon before he was shot in the head.

Of course these numbers don't matter to those who would prefer a lawless and racial society against white people. As Obama's close associate would have us believe, what do we want? Dead! When do we want it? Now! There's a war on and it's against Law Enforcement.

Well, they're certainly waging a War on Justice, and cops are part of the Justice system.

It's seems to me the only idiots around here are the ones bringing all this stuff to the table.

Focusing on bodycams for the cops while completely ignoring the universal wiretapping of every American citizen.

Yep. Riots associated with the man who's met Obama over 80 times in the White House. A convicted libeler, a felon who refused to pay his court ordered restitution.

Big mistake. Why does it bother you? Can you provide a reasonable argument? Seriously.
Apparently you can't or you would have done so.

    I await your "post".

Why don't you put things in perspective instead of just letting spectacular headlines make spectacular fools out of you.

The total number of police who died in the line of duty in 2014 was 124. That was up from 102 in 2013 but far lower than the 171 that died in 2011. Of the 124 that died, 49 died in traffic accidents and another 24 from on the job illness such as heart attacks. 50 died of gun shot wounds, up from 32 in 2013. Meanwhile, the police killed 461 people, the highest number in two decades as noted in the same FBI report.

So, after examining the report, not just the headlines, we find a slight rise in violence on both sides. I wouldn't go so far as to say it should not be noticed because such small beginnings might offer clues that things are spiraling downwards. We should take away caution that things don't deteriate further but it is hardly some type of huge statistical surge requiring radical responce.

Well, then you tell us how Obama's race comments have been helpful and healing...

Then perhaps you should look at statistics concerning how many Blacks have been killed by white cops in the US if you feel that way. Liberals certainly know about radical responses, don't they?

Most of the people that have killed cops this year, and every year are white.

no, the war is on bad cops, we want to see them brought to justice... ESPECIALLY when on video

and no one supports the killing of cops, that is just ridiculous

good cops should be praised for their service....

we need to require all cops to wear copcams and have 2 independent 3rd parties review all recording, to restore the publicans trust in them

    - - - Updated - - -

most killings are more victims of the war on drugs, time to end the war

    Truth sting a bit?
Are you saying the stats are incorrect? Oh yeah, I forgot the truth stingy thing. Don't worry Im sure Obama will be on TV any day once his golf vacation is over to address the ongoing situation of police being targeted for assassination. If he doesn't, I guess we know where he stands.

Of course. As long as you get to be the arbiter of what's good and what's bad.

And no one's going to let you be that. Not after what you clowns did in Ferguson.

Oh. So you're admitting it really wasn't about Michael Brown.

Well, at least that's a step in the right direction.

So now it's about the War on Drugs?

ROFL - you clowns are all over the map on this one, aren't you? :roflol:

How about providing tangible and verifiable evidence of this alleged "war on cops". That would be a good start. If there's a bad cop he should face the same law that he is supposed to be upholding. Instead we get wagon-circling exercises, internal '"investigations" and whining about victimhood.

So you're saying Obama didn't support the actions of Fergusen...those "protests" against a cop legitimately defending his life?

The protests in Ferguson weren't just because Darren Wilson repeatedly shot the unarmed Michael Brown. The problems go much deeper to reveal a Police Department completely out of control.

Obama's support of the Thugs and his insistence that "they look like his son" has given the green light to the Thugs to do whatever they want.

Why would I want to listen to a joke when they start with the punchline?

If any more police are murdered, Obama needs to accept responsibility for it. After all, he has provided the Thugs with their key support base.

Can you provide an example where President Obama has advocated violence against police?
