Well, we are not invading Iran or electing Obama again, so I guess everything is OK.

Evidence is showing the best way to ruin the country is by putting a community organizer in the White House.

The damage has already been done.

The questions will be, can the damage be repaired and how many trillions of dollars will it cost ?

I'm guessing it's the economy. We are what now between Bush and Obama? A total of 18 trillion dollars in national debt that's rapidly racing toward 19. What would it jump to if we were to engage in yet another war? Economic disaster! Anyway that's my guess. But I could be wrong.

Ya know, it's easy to SAY (*)(*)(*)(*) like that, but can you back it up? Every objective measure shows we are light years ahead of where we were when Bush left office.

Well, seein' as how we lost on $2,000,000,000,000+/- fighting a country with one-third the population of Iran, I think it's safe to say that an invasion of Iran would cost at least $2,000,000,000,000. Probably more like $3,000,000,000,000 to $5,000,000,000,000. That's a lot of zeros. Want to put that on your kids' tab?

We haven't done very well with wealthy elitist Republicans either.

I think you're correct. It cost us $2,000,000,000,000+ to 'subdue' Iraq, a country with 1/3rd the population of Iran. And the Iranians are just as nasty and suicidal.

Just an off-the-cuff guess, but it would probably cost $3,000,000,000,000 to $5,000,000,000,000 to 'subdue' Iran. Hell, I can't even get the potholes in my town fixed.

Have you looked at our military today or the tens of millions of Americans who are no longer working ?
Have you looked at the Middle East today and compared it to what it looked like in 2008 ?
America hasn't been this divided today since 1860.

I'm waiting for Obama when he says, "I didn't know about the Constitution until I heard about it on the news."

Not to mention they are a much better trained fighting force than Iraq ever was.

There are more wealthy, greedy elitist Democrats than Republicans.

Look at the political affiliation of the wealthiest Americans.

Look at who are the wealthiest members in Congress.

The only people who have benefitted with a community organizer in the White House has been the rich, Wall Street, illegal aliens and Islamist jihadist.

We went out of our way to go easy on Iraq and it cost us in lives and treasure.

Just kill a lot more of the Iranians and they'll come around quicker.

Or at least be out of the way.

You know I've never bought that 2 trillion dollars cost for fighting the Iraq War venture. I've always suspected that the real number was nearer to five trillion. Neither Bush's nor Obama's people have ever been open and above board in regard to what money was being shuffled where and what ultimately happened with it. But then again I am a cynic's cynic.

They probably are now. But I can remember the Iranians charging Iraqi tanks and artillery in human waves using broom sticks.

Yeah, me too. I just didn't want anybody to argue with me over the cost so I went with the lowest number I've heard.

You would have to provide a few examples of who was laughing at us.

Sure wasn't Putin, the chicoms, Saddam Hussein, Al Qaeda, the Taliban, North Korea, the detainees at Med Gitmos and I seriously doubt the master mind of 9/11 Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was laughing after he was captured during the Bush administration.

What we should be looking at, who are happy as clams that a community organizer is in the White House today. All the above and illegal aliens, the Muslim Brotherhood and of course ISIS.

If you honestly think that's the "BEST" way to ruin this country - you really don't know much about this country. Besides, we have no plans to invade Iran. Just a bunch of crying from the democrats. Where were you when Obama invaded Libya and helped kill that nation's leader? Where were you when he tried his darnedest to invade Syria but our nation denounced him and Putin stepped in to solve the issue peacefully?

If you're worried about Iran - the best thing you can do is keep Hitlery out of the White House. That gal has mentioned on more than one occasion that she's willing to use our military against Iran.

    - - - Updated - - -

Obama's bowing to other leaders in the world made us the laughingstock. Iran claims that Obama is "weak."

He is. He's a petulant little girl in the White House.

    There's your laughingstock, my friend.

I don't quite understand this blind war-hawk mentality, except that maybe it is spewed by those with nothing to lose and ego to gain.

Sanitized and digitized, avoiding collateral damage, is the only way Republicans have been able to sell all these wars to the American public. Even to other Republicans.
