Nope, sorry, but wishful thinking does not alter the meaning of your first two words posted in response to the OP, "Your ignorance . . . " That IS a personal attack. The obvious thing to do at this point is to gracefully acknowledge the point.

when a person is said to be ignorant it means they don't know something...it is that simple. Why do you need to twist and distort everything?

    :Ignorant
    lacking knowledge or information
resulting from or showing a lack of knowledge

I would think the ignorance of this Administration is astounding. They have lost 5 times in court on this so far.

Its all just a show he is putting on when he knows his amnesty will be denied by law no matter what, his simple minded followers will see it as the fault of republicans.

see it is actually you that are ignorant, the SG has lost only once and won once on this topic. People like Cruz are flat out lying about the facts.
You cast yourself as a part of the right lie machine. the ironic thing is Obama has screwed up enough that the right need not keep making up bald arsed lies. it is a presidents job to decide how to enforce the law and they do it with executive orders. hence the need for you guys to take a civics 101 class. you really don't get how things work.

Seems to me the wise thing for YOU is not to throw words like "ignorance" out.

the civil thing to do would be to apologize for being ignorant.

    Ignorance is relative.

Little Sisters of the Poor, Wheaton College, the University of Notre Dame, Hobby Lobby, and of course this latest stay. These are by no means limited to the SC and the Administration has taken a pounding in the lower courts too, Hercules Industries, for example.

It isn't the President's job to decide if the law is right or not and move on feelings but to uphold the law and that is something counter to this Administrations goals.

It is not incumbent upon the United States Congress to further the goals of a failed President when it would seem by many that they were elected for the express purpose of thwarting those goals in the first place. America has made it abundantly clear that it wants nothing more to do with any fundamental transformation.

address the problem however they want, you know, do their jobs, I am not saying they have to do it like the president wants, get real... just do something...

America voted for Obama twice, the majority obviously want want what Obama wants, but some differ in their opinions, thus the mixed Congress, the mixed Congress is what stops the majority from getting what they want, but you knew that already right.....

no, an example of your claims that dems have made the same ridiculous claims about the constitution as in the example where Palin did so... .that was what we were discussing

you asked me if I would also ridicule them, I said show me some examples....

oh, the piece of it has been "trying to address the issue', all right, trying to GIVE AWAY the Us to anyone who want a pc of it. Trying to add about 10 milllon voters to the dem party, even if it means the total collapse of the US.

Midterms are almost always a referendum on the president's policies. Obama was defeated.

President Obama has the authority to grant reprieves and pardons under Article II, Section 2 of the Constitution; and Congress cannot limit the President's grant of amnesty or pardon. United States v. Klein, 80 U.S. 128 (1871). The only limitation of the President's power to grant reprieves and pardons for offenses against the United States is for cases of impeachment.

The pardon power extends to amnesty for offenses against the United States, which would include violation of the federal immigration laws. Unlawful entry into the United States is an offense that carries both civil and criminal penalties. See INA § 275(a); 8 U.S.C. § 1325(a). The President has the power to pardon both; and there is plenty of precedent for it. See article at:

lol, Obama was not defeated, he was elected both terms

fact is, the right had more motivation to get out and vote, nothing more, not as many get out to vote on midterms which is a shame really as that makes their votes that much more important

Who says doing their jobs should be measured by the size of the pile of bad legislature that is passed? Sometimes, if the Congress is wise and they do their homework, then NOT passing a bill is doing what they were sent to Congress to do. As an example, the ACA has proven to be worse than the status quo. Just because Congress passed the worse bill since the Missouri Compromise doesn't mean they did their job. Sometimes not passing bad bills is the best course of action. Congress should be gatekeepers and in that, they are doing exactly what the American voters asked them to do.

As far as getting elected twice and having huge Republican gains in Congress, it would appear that the American voters like Obama but hate his policies.

    Two words......Cheap labor.

Back in 06 when I was advocating conservatives to stay home this was one of my reasons....actually one of many reason but broken promise is still a broken promise.

Secure the damn border first....then we can talk. It's been nearly 30 years now.
