We now have confirmed proof that it is not necessary to be a convicted criminal, or to suffer from mental illness, to be denied legal ownership to firearms.

because of this the SSA determination on this is not a determination of mental illness and SSA's lawyers already determined years ago their records don't apply to NICS nor does they r determination apply to gun rights, so when this goes to court the U.S. Soliciter General will have to argue their own clients counsel was wrong for 8 years,
Oh good, this will stop all those mass killing where the old dudes have been shuffling into the theaters and schools with their walkers and blasting away.....it has Happened To Many Times, we MUST DO SOMETHING !!!! Obama is a clear threat to American's rights and liberty. We have had inept presidents before, but this one is just plain EVIL. He is out to destroy the America we know and have us join the European union. There is more I would like to say, but it would be "inappropriate".....
It's pretty obvious he's pushing the boundaries of the 2A, taking guns away from as many people as possible before the full assault.

I disagree with having a dozen threads on one topic instead of one, makes actual discussion difficult.
The rash of gun violence committed by 80 year old seniors, who just can't seem to balance their checkbook or keep their meds straight in their mind, is just getting too much out of control. I mean it seems like every day now, another senior citizen is putting down their cane or walker, grabbing their EBR with a 30 round clip and shooting up another Senior Center or Social Security Office. I mean enough is enough people. Something needs to be done and done now. The NRA & SLUG (Seniors Loving Unecessary Guns) are the real culprits in all this and need to be reined in and brought under control. The sooner the better. Now is the time. Write your Congressman or Senator and voice your concerns. Just don't yap about it on a online forum, but do something!
