There is no Alliance, its called neutrality. ISIS is a rebel group, just like Hezbollah but unlike Hezbollah ISIS is not calling for the destruction of Israel. At least not yet. So why should Israel arrest ISIS fighters when they are fighting true terrorists in the eyes of Israel.
