The best way is to start a cold war with china first.
    1. we import nothing from china.
    2. we disconnect china from internet.
    3. America and Europe deport all chinese.
4 The only things export to china should be opium and etc.
5 We cut off any contact with china.

    Who is 'we'?

Feel free to do all of those things yourself- and leave everyone else out of it.

Picking fights for no reason is a bigger one.

Why are the Russians so interested in starting a trade war between the US and China? You seem to be the one to ask.

I believe jimmy carter is a great idiot.
he said a powerful china is good for USA.
Wait and see. if china is really powerful, American will be lucky to be a little brother of china,
it can be much worse than that.
It is wasting time to explain this to fools as jimmy carter.

But after seven years of Obama, Jimmy Carter is now smiling knowing there's a bigger fool than him.

No one thinks you are smart.
    Are you chinese?
If you are American, you must be as "smart" as jimmy carter.
China has thanks Jimmy carter, his policy makes America falls faster than ever.
Maybe America can be a little brother of china in future.

Remember, the mid 1970's was a very different era.

For one, I have always thought that President Carter was a fool for removing official relations with the Republic of China. Thankfully however we have continued to protect them, letting all know that we would responnd to any attack against them.

However, improving relations with the PRC in the 1970's and 1980's was seen at the time as a very good thing. To most in that era, China was the "Good Communist Nation", as opposed to the Soviet Union. They had largely stopped their expansionist policies, and their interests were much more internal then those of the USSR. Also they were a low level emerging trade nation. And with the death of Chairman Mao, many were thinking they might eventually abandon Communism altogether, and form more of a National-Socialist form of Government.

And in the era of the Cold War, a strong China, who might join the US in a future conflict with the Soviet Union (instead of with the Soviet Union against the US) was seen as a very good thing.

However, that feeling largely collapsed with the Tiananmen Square massacre in 1989. Myself, I much more blame President Clinton for screwing up relations with China. The bodies were barely cold in the ground when he took office, and one of his first actions was to negate most of the restrictions President Bush had placed upon the PRC.

Myself, I wish a future President would throw out the past stance, and return to a Two China policy. Returning full diplomatic recognition of the Republic of China.

Thank you for substantiating my point about the OP plan, although I am sure you didn't do it deliberately.

The US needs to show China and North Korea who's the boss in Asia, which would tame their military ambitions. This is what we called containment during the Cold War.
