Among his errors -- "'Griswold versus Connecticut' was wrongly decided …"
IOW, he thought it was perfectly Constitutionally correct for a State to outlaw free availability of contraceptive information to married couples ...

 

He didn't write the law. And anyway, every person is entitled to their opinion.

 

Each side deems their obstructionism as "their duty" while lambasting the other side for doing the very same thing, and as such both sides are hypocrites.

And Republicans won't think they are conservative enough.... My favorite politicians are always people who are too conservative for Dems and too liberal for Reps.
