The same claims were made in an early February memo when the State Department's inspector general first announced it was conducting a records review related to the email accounts of five secretaries of state -- Madeline Albright, Colin Powell, Condoleezza Rice,Hillary Clinton and John Kerry -- and their immediate staff.

 

Thats a records review-and by the state department.

State is simply putting on a show.

The FBI is where danger of prosecution lies.

 

For the last time, those documents were not classified at the time transmitted, some have subsequently been classified, though none rose to the top secret classification according to the FBI. If tomorrow we pass a law making watching TV a crime, does that mean we all broke the law by watching TV a month ago? THINK!

 

Powell and Rice aren't running for president, so it's not as big a deal for them.

"Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States"

 

Says who? Hillary? Out of the thousands of classified e-mails she had, not ONE was classified at the time? You believe that?

 

Hillary admitted, she used her home brewed mail server exclusively for both work and private emails.

Does that means, for 7 years she has not sent or received a single classified e-mail? THINK!
