all entities tried in US courts are deemed innocent until proven guilty. read the Constitution someday
the presumption of innocense is enshrined in our court process. its the job of the prosecutor to prove guilt.
Earlier in the case, Daniels found that Iran had failed to defend claims that it aided the Sept. 11 hijackers and was therefore liable for damages tied to the attacks. there is no hard evidence that Iran had anything to do with the 9-11 attacks. this case stinks to high heaven
You need to read the Constitution. There's nothing about innocent until proven guilty in it. Innocent until proven guilty comes to us from English common law.
