Why dont someone in the media corner Obama, Jackson, Sharpton, or some other black leaders and confront them with this fact. The black community in the US comprises approx 13% of the population. Yet 50% of murders committed in this country is committed by blacks. This is not up for argument this is a fact.

IMO the media needs to hang up all the black leaders all the way up to Obama, and tell them they want a plan to reduce these murders. The thing of it is the people that it would benefit the most is blacks themselves.

The plan to fix this problem is simple: Those who initiate violence on another, are segregated from peaceable society until such time as they can be verified as no longer posing a violent threat. If they are released and re-offend, no second chance. Those who initiate violence using a WEAPON, of ANY kind, are segregated forever. It will not take long before violent people begin to curb their violence and our peaceable society is restored.

A plan needs to be comprehensive. These are BEHAVIORS, period.

A basic education into activism for the best mental health care will show you part of the real causes for the extent of this problem. There is an intent to disable and exploit to justify greater control over the public. This is demonstrated by the lawlessness government exhibits.

But this has a long history with all authority. Look to church control over Academia and psychology for the reason there is no real treatment/recovery for meth addiction. Or to government for the allowing of the abridging of the purpose of free speech or the public ability to educate itself upon substances or parental
    responsibility.

Or look to the courts and law enforcement inability to recognize, follow and uphold laws relating to developing effective mental health care.

The subpoenaed evidence would have proven something that could force psychology to oppose the church/state licensure authority. That would have been happening by 2000. But no, failure to appear is okay when pleadings are filed indicating homicides and suicides were caused by missing records subpoenaed. Evidence proving that other court records were absent. This declaration shows the records were in possession of the county a year earlier.

The sheriffs dept lied in the letter at the direction of the county counsel.

How 'bout that ! Public law enforcement employees paid to violate laws then collude to lie about it! Evading compliance with health and safety code, drug and alcohol, effective mental health care. The entities both collectively obstructing justice, and judges are okay with it.

Here's a woman judge ignoring a huge mound of evidence showing a part time meth lab, hah, "fire in bed of pickup parked at curb," in a house where I rented a room.

    http://algoxy.com/law/ud.glenbrook/sbmethcook+court.html

Ever since the US military has been in Afghanistan heroin has gotten much more available and much cheaper. Bolivia charges the DEA is the main organizer of cocaine smuggling. Remember the bodies of dead soldiers returning from Vietnam filled with bags of heroin? There is a history of this.

Here's s letter from Santa Barbara counties top mental health professional showing a defacto approval of a potentially effective, new treatment. Actually old treatment, 1970's, shunned by church interests controlling gov.

A FOIA was ignored for that "written response". Filed with the clerk of the board after serving on supervisors, then disappeared, then re filed.

Then I try to get the paper to do a story about a federal law suit and history of law violation by Santa Barbara county related to the development of effective mental health.

    http://algoxy.com/law/no_free_press/sbsecretsofmedia.html

17 reporters and editors fired, resigned, then gagged starting 2 weeks after dropping off a copy of the lawsuit to a reporter of the santa barbara newspress

Then the district court secretly revised 1885 local court rules providing justice to pro se civil rights suits about 6 months prior and the new judge our suit should have gotten, didn't happen.

This is gov violating law Immorally, unethically and illegally evading development of effective mental health care that could help addicts and people capable of extreme violence for whatever reason, stop themselves.

Your points are valid, but the problem is far, far greater than you portray.

The problem starts at the top, so discourse on fixing it needs to begin with authority GREATER than the top of government. That is us, the people. We need to understand then use our lawful and peaceful revolution.

I’d suggest a good start would be for all of you (black and white) to stop defining everything along racial lines such as you are doing here.

Why would, for example, a law abiding businessman in New York who happens to be black have any special responsibility for a murderer in Chicago who also happens to be black? Surely the people living in and running Chicago (regardless of skin colour) are more relevant. Also, even if skin colour was a direct factor in murder rates (which I think is unproven), there clearly as lots of different factors and influences which will vary significantly from crime to crime and place to place. I’d suggest that looking at skin colour exclusively in relation to murder isn’t going to give you many answers and explicitly ignored the vast range of other factors. If you just looking in to why murders are committed in general, you should naturally come across the reasons for any racial disparities (and indeed all the other ones such as age, gender, location etc.).

What do these statistics show us? They show us that black crime is disproportionate. Therefore we would go on to ask, why is black crime disproportionate? The answers vary. You might consider the fact that black people sometimes live in gated, unlawful communities-'the hood,' and these communities are not always policed as well as others. You might consider that black people live in poorer households than both whites and hispanics. Pew research centre's median net worth of households shows that blacks are at the bottom, with a median household net worth of 11,000 dollars, while hispanics are up at around 13,700 dollars, and whites up at around 141,900 dollars. If you consider these statistics, you will most likely see why black crime is disproportionate.

However, the US department of Energy, Residential Energy and Consumption survey shows us that most 'poor' households still have various amenities such as refrigerators, air conditioning, stove ovens, microwaves, and clothes washers. I will refer here to Maslow's hierarchy of needs. We know from these statistics that generally, poor households are alright in the USA and have a steady supply of food and other amenities. However, once physiological needs like shelter, food, etc. are fulfilled, the next human need is security, and that is what I believe that poor black people and their gated communities lack.

Safety and Security needs (according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs) include:

    Personal security
    Financial security
    Health and well-being
Safety net against accidents/illness and their adverse impacts

If these needs were to be met, I think you would see a great decline in black crime. If everyone was fed, sheltered, watered, and secure, they simply wouldn't be killing each other.

Of course, it they didn't go around killing each other in the first place, they would feel secure.

There are many places in the world which has villages with much more poverty, financial insecurity, poor health care, and no safety net and yet the inhabitants don't respond by assaulting each other. In most places in the world adversity causes people to band together. But not in the poor black communities of the US.

Not in many of the poor white and mix communities of the US either or in similar communities all around the world. Why are you so determined to make this an exclusively skin-colour issue when it’s obviously much more complex than that?

Over 200 years of oppression has created the problem, it will not go away overnight.

A quick question but certainly not an argument. When a dead body is found lying on the street in southside Chicago on Sunday morning, how do they determine the race of the killer? I'm not arguing but I am curious.

"When considering clearances of violent crimes, 62.5 percent of murder offenses, 40.1 percent of forcible rape offenses, 28.1 percent of robbery offenses, and 55.8 percent of aggravated assault offenses were cleared."
    https://www.fbi.gov/about-us/cjis/u.../offenses-known-to-law-enforcement/clearances

So, if 50% of the murders are committed by blacks...how do they know when 37.5% of the murders are never solved.

Because it in fact is largely a skin-colour issue. Your claim i simply not true.

Poor neighborhoods in China and India and West Virginia do not exhibit near the level of violence that black communities do, contrary to your assertion. Compare the levels of violent crime in, say, South Boston and nearby Roxbury. Go ahead, I dare you.

Little Italy in NYC was and largely still is a very poor community. Organized crime flourished there. But it was one of the safest neighborhoods in NYC. The thugs who hijacked trucks and ran protection rackets didn't tolerate street crime or drug dealing. After all, they were raising their families there, too. But for some reason, black neighborhoods haven't figured out that their neighbors were their neighbors. They treat their neighbors as prey.

This is a total cop out. What does a 20 year old black guy know about oppression, and what possible excuse can he use for killing someone.

So if we dyed all the black people pink, the crime rates would magically change? Or could it be that there are whole load of interrelated factors that combine to correlate some high crime areas with some high black populations? Otherwise how do you explain all the places world-wide with few black people but high crime rates and vice-versa?

Like this guy apparently did; https://www.jumpshell.com/posts/safest-neighborhoods-in-boston ? What majority white South Boston meant to be better than majority black Roxbury? Only one measure of course (first semi-reliable source I hit on) but indicative that such things aren’t as simple as you’d like to make them out to be, which is my whole point.

Is it skin colour that disposes some folks to shoot other folks, predominantly folks of the same colour, or are there societal conditions that dispose them to do so?

What confluence of factors - gender, age, income, education, quality of life, etc. - contribute?

How are those factors best confronted?

The Violence Policy Center report, “Black Homicide Victimization in the United States”:

I strongly urge you not to confront those factors. It can get you killed.

Liberal politicians can field a question like that easily. They can say that the causes of black crime are poverty, unemployment, and racism, and so to reduce black crime, we've got to fight poverty, unemployment and racism.

Which is entirely compatible with what I said. Hence, it its an easy question for liberal politicians to field.

Why doesn't someone in the media corner Trump, O'Riley, Palin or some other white leaders and confront them with this fact. Over 80%
of all corporate fraud, stock fraud, bank malfeasance, government contract fraud and medicare billing fraud are committed by
    white people.

Why doesn't the media confront white leaders all the way up to Rush Limbaugh and Dick Chaney with this fact and demand they
force white people to stop stealing money through fraud. It would benefit whites more than any other group.

Why are white people given a pass by other white people and their leaders when it comes to stealing other people's money?
You're white - you must know all the other white people and have some sort of control over them, right?

Sure - doesn't make much sense, does it. Just because someone shares your skin color doesn't make you the boss of them, nor
does it make you their keeper.

Your original post is based on an asinine assumption.

Fortunately most white racists are cowards....or they'd offer up their "solutions".

But outside of a few Neo-Nazi sites like "Stormfront"...they just whine and complain but always want just a little bit of CYA so they don't take "the next step". :)

Sorry, but you don't get it both ways. Either the African-American community needs special attention, or they do not.
