The problem is, that the election of Trump is tantamount to committing national suicide. Specifics: When he talks about our creditors taking a "haircut" on the bonds they have purchased, rather than at face value, he is advocating default on our debt, we have never defaulted on our debt, and it would wreck the world economy which is largely pinned on the sanctity of the U.S. credit rating.

Another example, when he talks about behaving unpredictably in foreign relations, he is asking for trouble. Such behavior can cause the other players to panic and act preemptively, which of course can lead to disaster.

His plan to deport nearly 11 million people is also absurd, it would cost us hundreds of billions, it would require the creation of huge concentration camps, it would require a vast expansion of the immigration courts (unless you are willing to see 10's of thousands of U.S. citi ens being falsely deported as happened on a smaller scale when we had mass deportations during the 1930's)

His plan to build a wall and get Mexico to pay for it, is a bad joke, unless he is willing to invade Mexico and occupy it for the foreseeable future, just what we need, another war.

The man has shown himself time and again to be a pathological liar, just check politifact for specifics. Only 8% of his claims have been true or mostly true, the rest have been mostly false or outright fabrications and lies.

The man is clearly unfit to be the leader of the most powerful nation in the world, and if he were to become president, I doubt the nation would survive intact, if at all.
