Suicidal thoughts are for weak liberals? Pretty sure they are had throughout the political spectrum.
Is this the (*)(*)(*)(*) this forum has come to? Is this the discourse or debate now? Because if it is I hope this place can't afford to pay its bills because there is no point in talking about anything meaningful if all you get is oh must be a liberal if he had thought about killing himself. I mean come on. Do you stand by this trucker? Have you no effort left in posting? Why are you this lazy?

Meh...snipers are just the girly version of field artillery.

    just kidding.

I made 5 for 5 hits at 1000 yards in re qualification (i think it was Aberdeen) on a man sized target with a vietnam era m16 when i was up there. i was not real experienced and think it was a combination of luck and the rifle just being dialed in. I would be surprised if i could repeat it.

i have a great deal of respect for guys that can be this accurate. its a skill that takes a lot of work and a good bit of intelligence. Using that skill to take down some terrorists only adds to it.

have not seen the movie. Cooper is a commie sympathizer and always has been. i wont go see a jason Bourne film either because of Matt damon.

pretty tough these days to find any film thats not spun some way to hate americans.

No, everyone does not know this or agree with this. There area many conservative and/or Republican celebrities in Hollywood, a few examples are Robert Duvall, David Zucker, Vince Vaughan, James Earl Jones, Bruce Willis, Jessica Simpson, Cheryl Ladd, Mary Hart, Angie Harmon, Cindy Williams, Clint Eastwood, Charlton Heston and many, many more. The majority of celebrities may be progressive but to say "admitting to being a conservative in Hollywood is a career killer and everybody knows this" is just not true, not by a long shot. It's a myth....

We do get the odd celebrity claiming to being persecuted for being conservative, Stacey Dash comes to mind. The star of Clueless is...clueless.

Did you think Bradley Cooper was a conservative after watching it? The rest of your post is irrelevant and off topic.

No, You can probably count how many conservatives work for Hollywood on one hand.

Hollywood is make believe and the actors and actresses aren't what they seem to be on the screen. Hollywood is like the DNC or Hillary or even Trump, what you see on the stage isn't what you see off the stage.

Even behind the camera, if you aren't a lib, you're not going to work in Hollywood unless you put ion a charade.

Doesn't sound like a "myth" at all. Not when the ones running Hollywood are blatantly biased.

I think the president of ABC would know a little more on the subject than you.

Media Completely Invents GOP Anger Over Bradley Cooper At DNC

    RACHEL STOLTZFOOS

Actor Bradley Cooper accepts the award for Best Male Performance for "American Sniper" at the 2015 MTV Movie Awards in Los Angeles, April 12, 2015. (REUTERS/Mario Anzuoni)
Several media outlets invented out of Twitter whole cloth the story that Republicans are upset Bradley Cooper, who played Chris Kyle in “American Sniper,” is attending the Democratic National Convention.
Mediaite, the Huffington Post and The Daily Beast all ran the exact same three tweets as the entire basis of their stories. The Beast appears to have led the way early Thursday morning with the headline: “Republicans Are Very Upset That ‘American Sniper’ Star Bradley Cooper Is at the DNC,” although the post offers no hard evidence that even a single registered Republican is upset or even noticed Cooper.
“Republicans Are Having A Meltdown Over Bradley Cooper’s Presence At The DNC,” The Huffington Post chimed in Thursday afternoon. And Mediaite quickly joined in: “Conservatives Are Angry Because Bradley Cooper is Not Chris Kyle.”
All three outlets gleefully report that “Republicans” and “Conservatives” saw Cooper in attendance at the DNC and were upset to learn their beloved American Sniper hero is a Democrat. Here are the three tweets they offer as evidence.

    Sponsored Links by
David O’Neill joined Twitter in 2015 and has 3,985 followers. His profile contains a Bible verse reference and the hashtag “NeverTrump,” indicating he holds the same view on Trump as half the country.
Nat Shupe is from Las Vegas, Nevada and is a self-described “gym rat” and “constitutional conservatarian,” indicating he probably doesn’t vote Republican. He is a Braves fan and has 105,000 followers.
The third tweet is a screenshot from an unidentified account in Los Angeles posted by a Jamaican American liberal who loves Maya Angelou. Just to really hammer their point home though, all three outlets make sure to include a few more tweets from other liberals also making fun of this so-called “meltdown.”
USA Today also joined in the fun. And Syracuse.com also ran the same headline Thursday. “Newsflash, America: Bradley Cooper is not Chris Kyle. He just plays him on television in a movie,” Geoff Herbert wrote for the New York outlet. Both outlets recycled essentially the same list of tweets.
Nothing wrong with a good Twitter compilation story, but come on.

Actually the comment was to "admit to be being conservative was a career killer". Based on the number and quality of conservative actors etc. this is false. We weren't discussing who has control of Hollywood. If you had started a thread on whether "liberals" may be ascendant in Hollywood I likely may have agreed with you, once I checked it out. So, don't take me to task when you have completely missed what was being discussed.

Tell that to the republican mouth breathers who were upset that he wasn't chris kyle and a conservative. See the OP.

Source? Or just your usual paranoid delusions?

There are a whole lot of insiders who have exposed who Hillary really is. What you see isn't the real Hillary. The real Hillary is a fowl mouthed (*)(*)(*)(*) as in (*)(*)(*)(*) cap. She's the Godfather of a criminal syndicate.

The Trump you see on the stage isn't the same Trump off the stage.

Trump puts on a show on the stage and it has worked very effectively.

Off the stage Trump is a very smart professional. I bet he will be a master on the geopolitical chessboard.

That's why Wall Street, some world leaders and the globalist elitist fear Trump. Trump is a threat to world globalization. If Trump makes America great again, globalization is likely to fail. It will fail. America will be America again. The Uk will be the UK again, they already took the first step. Germany will be Germany, France will be France, Mexico will be Mexico, Japan will be Japan and China will be the the Orient.

That's true. The banks love Hillary. You would think the democrats, as cupAsoup puts it, mouth breathers would have a clue but they are so excited to have a vagina in the WH that they will even overlook their own principles.

If they want a vagina in the White House you would think they would want a clean vaginia in the White House that isn't full of cobwebs and who knows what else.

Eight years ago the DNC decided to run a black man for President. How did that work out ?

So, no sources. Typical. Get used to Hillary because you're going to see her a lot over the next few years in the oval office. Hey, at least you'll have someone to direct your paranoid rage against.

No freaking way will I be paying the Clinton crime family $250,000 to meet with Hillary in the Oval Office. No way.

Well I'm just going by the Wikileaks hacked DNC e-mails said that Obama charges.

Agreed, as a Republican it is sad how many of us are intent on excluding minority citizens. Personally, I would like to see us reach out to them to try and capture their votes. Going forward, we have no chance without them.

That doesn't mean to compromise our values, but to try and find common ground. Many people that identify as minorities share conservative values, but the perception of being hostile to minorities and gays hurts the party as a whole, though I won't argue these perceptions are completely unfounded.

Believing in personal responsibility is something people across racial and sexual groups can identify with.

    Sorry for the tangent.

Thankfully, I can't read the OP, but is the originator actually saying people believe an actor is the equivalent of a part he once played?

Considering the source, I shouldn't be surprised.

You have to wonder at the mentality of those who can't separate fake from reality, then you look at Trump's numbers and despair for humanity.
