First of all, there is no crime here nor any evidence for indictment even if the new emails resemble the others. Secondly, the Director of the FBI stated as such in sworn testimony contrary to his role in the investigation, he offered up his opinion which means nothing legally. Only the DoJ can make an indictment against Hillary. Thirdly, underlying this entire episode is the notion that Hillary Clinton cannot be trusted with classified material which is absurd on the face of it. She has likely had a top secret clearance since the Watergate Hearings. She was First Lady, a Senator and a Secretary of State. As First Lady, she was privy to all manner of state secrets. As a Senator, she was given an even higher clearance. As Sec of State, she got as much highly classified material as anyone but the POTUS and the National Security Advisor, perhaps second only to the POTUS. She ran for POTUS twice which exposed her to classified material. At no time during all these years was she ever found to reveal classified material to anyone but for these relatively minor cases involving low level information which was never revealed to be given to anyone who used them against the USA. So, the logical conclusion of this witch hunt is that as POTUS, she cannot be trusted with our top secrets but that Donald Trump can. In order to make this statement true, Donald Trump would have to be more careful, more restrained, more controlled, more deliberate, more wise and more trustworthy than Hillary Clinton. If you make that conclusion from the facts on the table then you live in a fantasy world.

Hillary Clintons allies were cast into a state of anger and disbelief over the FBI’s stunning announcement that it is reviewing new emails “pertinent” to Clinton’s use of a private email server.

They said they were “dumbfounded” by the revelation that the new FBI review may have been spurred by a separate investigation into Anthony Weiner sending lewd texts to a minor. Weiner is separated from wife Huma Abedin, one of Clinton’s closest aides.

And they worried that Clinton’s unconventional email arrangement had finally caught up to her and might imperil her presidential bid less than two weeks before Election Day.

“I'm livid, actually,” one Clinton surrogate told The Hill. “This has turned into malpractice. It's an unforced error at this point. I have no idea what Comey is up to but the idea this email issue is popping back up again is outrageous. It never should have occurred in the first place. Someone somewhere should have told her no. And they didn't and now we're all paying the price.”

Another ally called the campaign’s mood something akin to “paralysis,” and blamed Weiner’s behavior for railroading the campaign.

One strategist said the developments would further cement the notion that Clinton has something to hide.

Clinton world was already on edge over Podesta's hacked emails, which are being published by Wikileaks on a near-daily basis.

The US corporate media are using this story to help Clinton. Now they ( including Fox News ) talk as if Clinton has done nothing wrong - and if the FBI does not release any information from this batch then Clinton is clean. We all know that Hillary Clinton has already broken the law and the FBI let her get away with it. But this story helps Clinton by moving on from that and putting all focus on this batch of emails. This story also helps the FBI because now they do not seem so biased towards Democrats.

We still have corporate media telling us that Trump is going to lose. Including Fox.

It is probably not a good idea for conservatives to get too excited about this. Another thing this story does is encourage Clinton supporters to get out and vote.

Why would the FBI charge Clinton now when they have already let her get away with breaking the law?

 

The prissy boys were bleating that Obama was a foreign-born, madrasa indoctrinated, America-hating African witch doctor, and Americans twice elected him with over 51% of the vote, and he is accorded 54% approval as he nears the end of his term.

Clinton haters were very pissy when Comey could not find anything indictable - as they were when Congressional vendettas led by Issa and Gowdy fizzled.

If they were all grossly incompetent, they should all be impeached or asked to resign.

Simply the Comey's announcement of reopening the Email investigation has affected Hillary's standing in the race. However, Comey's testimony before the Congressional Committee did stipulate that if more evidence was found, he would notify the Committee. No one including you or I would have ever dreamed that the seizure of Wiener's computer devices would uncover 675,000 documents related to Hillary, the Emails and the Clinton Foundation.

Most Trump supporters hate Republicans and know that they are not trying to do anything about Clinton's criminality. Republicans and Democrats are the same ilk and they protect each other. Of course Republicans do not want Clinton to go to jail. If they sent Clinton to jail one of them may be next. They know that. Trey Gowdy. What a $%$%ing joke.

What conservative voters need to understand is that Fox News is their enemy - not just the Republican Party. Fox News is neoliberal and they are doing all they can to help Clinton win. It is not just Megyn Kelly that conservatives need to boycott - we need to boycott all of Fox News.

Edit - And the Republicans are next. The masses know that all of the corrupt political class are one class of people. All of these politicians are the enemy - not just Clinton. Trump is not really a politician and not really a Republican is he?
