While they have the right it was totally classless to do such a thing at a Broadway show. A very busy man taking a night on the town with his family, their town, to see their show, a show when advertising for actors posted white actors need not apply. Are the producers racist? While the speech itself was well thought out and well spoken I consider it inappropriate. It was neither the proper time or place. Perhaps the actors should have requested a more private setting

I will not defend the cast for the place and time of their statement but in my opinion that is hardly nan attack. The cast was opportunistic in their taking the occasion to get the VEEP Elect's ear.

Why should they "obey" the LICE? In case you are not an American and do not understand our political system and our governmental structure let he acquaint you with our system. I see it the same way as people calling for a boycott or demanding someone denounce someone/something which seems commonplace these days.
