This website dated November 12th has Obama ahead of Hillary by 4.8 million votes:
    http://www.npr.org/2016/11/12/501848636/7-reasons-donald-trump-won-the-presidential-election

So again where are your numbers from?

    http://www.infoplease.com/us/government/2012-presidential-election-vote-summary.html
Obam's popular vote for 2012: 62,611,250 (according to CNN and New York Times, link above)
    Hillary's popular vote for 2016: 64,223,958

So how is Hillary ahead of Obama if so many Democrats that voted for Obama did not even vote for her? Do your math. You are so wrong.

The graph is from November 10 - over 2 weeks ago.

The figures in this one are from November 11, over 2 weeks ago.

    From another CNN story:

Exit polls are not necessarily reliable (they were predicting a Clinton win) and have no bearing on voting or turnout figures. Those figures don't require polling because the votes can be counted.

I have already posted 2 links. Both from this week. Here is another one, though I suspect I am wasting my time. You have clearly decided that the analysis you read a day or so after the election is the final word and you have zero interest in any information to the contrary. You keep citing articles with figures that are weeks old, though up to date figures are easy to find. I've given 3 sources now. Your inability to find them says a lot about you.

A recap for the slower among us:

*Clinton has over 64.5 million votes - the third highest tally ever.
*Trump has just under 62.5 million votes - the fourth highest tally ever.
*The total number of votes cast is over 134 million - the highest ever by 3 million votes
*At this point turnout is slightly lower as a % than 2012.

These figures are not finalised as votes are still being counted.

None of this is difficult for a mentally competent adult to find out or understand.

I'm done wasting time with you. Its been amusing watching you humiliate yourself, but only for a short time. You need to look at the data and get over your fixation with....whatever. You are wrong. You refuse to attempt the slightest insight into voter demographics, despite the information being freely available. I have explained this at length & in detail and you still don't get it. This is either because you don't want to understand or you simply cannot. Good luck graduating High School.

I had already looked at that site. The national poll tracker is a good website. You're still wrong. As you can see by the website you posted Hillary has a huge lead over Obama in California. The same state where voters only need a signature and it has the highest latino population in the country and the latino population there makes up more than 15 million people in California. Illegals voting for Hillary in California is not that crazy.

It makes me almost sad to have to explain this to you, but the voter registration process in the great state of California is rigorous, as in every other state EXCEPT North Dakota. Furthermore, when ballots are cast, they are checked by a team of at least two poll workers, one Republican, on Democrat. To have this kind of voter fraud, it would require the WILLING COLLUSION of thousands of teams of poll workers from sides of the fence which is a Class D felony and brings a prison sentence of at least 5 years with it.. I am sorry, but this stupid argument about "illegals" is exactly that: stupid. And it is only a silly dogwhistle for hating on Latinos, something I call out every time I see it. Thanks for playing.

Ask him where he gets the figure that Clinton got 2 million more votes in California than Obama. You won't get a credible answer, but it will be briefly amusing to watch him pretend.

That's an easy one to answer because I saved it to me computer.

Obama in California had 6,493,924 popular votes for 2012. Hillary currently has 8,155,790 popular votes for 2016. I did my research online.

That is over 1.6 million more votes for Hillary then Obama. Pretty close to 2 million votes. Have they finally counted all of the votes yet in CA?

It is possible. It may not have happened on a very large scale but as others have said it is possible.

Wrong again. Try to find the final numbers for California 2012. You are 1.3 million short for Obama. Virtually the same number of people voted in CA in 2012 & 2016. Your figures come up short. Once again you are fixating on the number that suits you rather than cross checking figures.

You really aren't very good at this.

I believe Obama's total vote in California was 7,854,285 in 2012.

1.6 million is not even close to 2 million. Education is a great cure for ignorance. And BTW, it's the margins that matter, not necessarily the toplines. Statistics 101.... Not only that, your 2012 figure is wrong, by a longshot:

    http://uselectionatlas.org/RESULTS/compare.php?year=2016&fips=6&f=1&off=0&elect=0&type=state

in 2012, Obama scored 7,484,285 raw votes in CA, not the circa 6.5 million figure you very, very erroneously quoted.

That's 438,490 more votes for Clinton thus far in CA than for Obama in 2012 and as I hope you can, as an adult, see, 438,490 is nowhere near 2 million votes.

Does quoting false numbers come easy to you, or did you have to practice a lot?

    Stat,

I've seen a higher figure for Obama than you give in a few places - the one quoted a couple of posts above. Is that figure incorrect?

    - - - Updated - - -

Sorry, that was also a simple typo on my part: the correct number is 7,854,285. Just screwed up a digit because, well, my coffee is not strong enough, darnit!!

Well the site I looked at gave me a different number. Mistakes do happen. I am not stupid and I don't appreciate the rude remarks. Do you practice being rude a lot?

Look Hillary could have gotten every vote in California and NY and won by maybe 10 million votes but she still would have lost the election as it would not give her even one more electoral vote.

And you don't see anything wrong with that?? Oh, right, you're a Republican, you don't have any difficulty dealing with things that don't make sense.

"You got over a million more votes, therefore we win." Nooo, that's not bull(*)(*)(*)(*), makes perfect sense to us.

It's no longer the Silent Majority, Hilary voters and Democrats have become the silenCED majority

When someone keeps making the same type of 'mistakes' over and over again despite repeated corrections maybe they aren't 'mistakes'. You have been pushing out of date & incorrect figures because they suit your theories. Even after I gave you links to the correct figures for 2016 you kept pushing the wrong ones. You were also in possession of information that should have raised serious red flags about your 'Hilary got 2 million more votes' figure, but you clearly missed that too. None of this is very difficult, or it shouldn't be.

People tend to become impatient when they see blatant falsehoods repeatedly pushed as 'facts'. If you want people to think you are intelligent you have been going about it the wrong way.

You know, I find it interesting that a lot of Trump's/the GOP's biggest defenders on this website always seem to claim they aren't Republicans/Trump voters, yet every post they make is usually pro Trump/Pro GOP and anti anything Democrat. I mean I do understand that Trump is an embarrassment of epic proportions, and the GOP is hardly any better, but why not man up and admit what you truly support? Hell, at least with Bush Jr., you guys proudly admitted to voting for him during his first term, only to then pretend you didn't vote for him around 2008 when it became crystal clear to everyone that he was a horrendous president. But with Trump you guys are abandoning him already BEFORE he even enters office...interesting.

Maybe you should do a poll to see how many Republicans still support him instead of basing your guess off a few posters on this web site but nice try.
