    Funny and not factual, the 1930's Gangsters were stealing various Machine Guns from Military & Police Armories and other sources, weapons such as your Thompsons, and BARs and other Military weapons.

    Like it or not, AR style guns are a deterrent to tyranny/invasion and an effective tool for self defense in chaotic circumstances. Liberty has its costs, yet these guns have not been proven to be a viable threat to society. The only fear I have of these guns is when in the hands of government personnel, which is near none.
