So the gist of it is that Cali lawmakers will force the people of California to foot the bill for legal fees to fight the US government from deporting illegal aliens. Your minimum wage raise just got gutted by higher taxes...Wonder how long it will take the people of Cali to wise up or the state to go bankrupt, which will happen first?

 

I thought California was already a sactuary state to begin with?

Funny how these assclowns only respect the Tenth Amendment when it applies to their little stupid agenda, but if someone in some small little town refuses to bake cakes (and rightly so) for gays they go all federal government on the little man - the same little man the progressive claim to care about...

Within a sovereign nation there is no issue with wanting those entering it to pay their dues to society, California is only stopping this if they put in place such laws.

That being said within my ideal society it wouldn't matter.

The only federal law I even give a crap about are immigration laws because this is a sovereign nation - not some unoccupied rock in the middle of an ocean.

 

Sure, some southern states tried to ignore, deny federal law on civil rights for blacks. What Ca seems to want to do is no different. Ignoring, willfully breaking federal law is the same regardless of what the law is.

I think the feds need to start arresting mayors, councilmen, police chiefs, for willfully breaking the law. No two tier justice system. States are a part of the Union, and not the Union by themselves.

I think some jail time for mayors and others, introducing them to Big Bubba, lifers who love fresh meat would clean their acts up. They been telling the federal law to kiss their arses, and perhaps they need something done with their own arses. Without Vaseline. Big Bubba would oblige.

The best way to make it happen is to stop giving them free money off the backs of taxpayers and stop giving them jobs.

If it matters, our government should stay the hell out of the states business - we have a Tenth Amendment for a reason, but this is a sovereign nation and as such our immigration laws matter.

IMO (actually not in my opition because they are), taxes are illegal.... If people have faith in our federal government then they can buy bonds, we loan them money and they pay us back - they can't steal it.

 

California makes itself an outlaw among states by it's public and concerted efforts to work specifically against federal immigration laws.
The reason we had a Civil War was precisely because Southern states declared they would not follow federal U.S. law any longer.

Likewise California declares their intent to ignore the Constitution and our laws. The remedy should be very drastic...very drastic!

 

I like the bonds idea. Alot actually, then things that actually matter would be funded.

Well the State doesn't need to help enforce any Federal Law, unless they interfere with Federal agents they can help in the legal defense of illegal aliens here its not from what I can tell an issue.

 

This is the greatest. A container for all the illegal immigrants to live without fear of paying for anything and no legal consequences. Maybe this would take the pressure off the other states that are spending millions on illegals.

As far as anarchy......... I don't think the concept is really possible in theory. We will always have some sort of government weather it's official or not..

California spends $50 billion more federal dollars than it generates in taxes.

We could use that $50 billion somewhere else I'm sure, like to build a wall around California.

Actually what would probably happen is the north half of the state would tell SoCal to **** off and create their own state. That would give us probably an extra $100 billion a year with the southern half of California cut off from federal money.

Wheres the downside here?
