Actually they don't and it's not even close to being true. LOL. Just look at Chicago a city divided into thirds by race /ethnicity. White which means White and everyone else non-Hispanic and Black account for less than 5% of murders. For Blacks it's about 80%. Next. LOL

Are we making excuses here? We were talking about homicides here. Changing the narrative or attempting to deflect won't help you. But you're right to a degree. Whites are probably charged at higher rates for jaywalking. Homicides not so much. LOL

Benefits of a society with low IQ, poor impulse control and lack of future time orientation. BUT Blacks do dominate in another category and that is interracial crime.

 

Not to nitpick, but it's worse. much worse. it's roughly 4%. Black males between the age of 13 and 44 are who commit the lionshare of the murders that make up the 52% statistic, and that demographic comprises only about 4% of the US population.

As there are twice as many whites living in poverty than blacks, it can't be poverty, either. which leaves one thing. Culture. Unfortunately, what aids and abets that culture can't be honestly discussed.... because the culprits, leftists, will simply deny, deflect, and project.
