No, not really. The tradition exists for a reason. The office of the President of the United States of America is the most complex and difficult management office in the world and no new president should have to deal with the publicly HOWLED OPINIONS of the recently replaced president while he is still familiarizing himself with the job. It wasn't done to Obama, and not only because Bush has massively more class than Obama, but because it's STUPID for the replaced president to do such a thing. A year from now? Sure. Knock your sock off Obama. It would still be low class, but there would be no real harm in it. But to do it while Trump is still learning how to be president? Only low class and nation-hating leftist would do such a thing . . . and so naturally Obama did it. Psssst . . . and nobody is surprised. Nobody whatsoever.

 

One reason that no patriot has any use for leftists is that leftists live by the code of the End Justifies the Means, period. Leftists used to pretend that this was not what they really live by, but if it did nothing else for the nation the last eight years made the average leftist confident enough in their illusion of power and control to reveal that aspect of their true nature. It's . . . been . . . helpful.

 

I've noticed that pretty much immediately starting after Barack became president that leftists in general ceased even pretending to have any use for the traditional concepts of ethics, honor, or integrity. I think that most of them consider those to be antiquated value systems, and that they are too 'sophisticated' for such things.

 

This is Donald Trump's America; low class is the new norm. The Republicans went pretty low during President Obama's two terms and now Trump is running around like a petty dictator with tiny hands.
