The ninth circuit a decidedly liberal court. This judge has no stats...It's pretty obvious....He's a loser.

 

The is fundamentally corrupt and out of wack too.

1. The judge cites new reports in his ruling. That is grotesquely improper and the technical terms are the judge "engaging in improper extra-judicial inquiry" and "applying improper extra-judicial facts into evidence." In addition, he allowed no cross examination of whoever he heard and cited in his ruling.

2. He gave a speech on his personal opinions on camera for media release. Virtually NO judges allow cameras or videotaping in their courtrooms.

He should be disbarred for the first reason. He's a loose cannon on the deck, acting as investigator, witness, and judge making his decision upon his own personal inquiries, then presenting it with himself as the unsworn witness, and then not allowing any cross examination he rules in agreement with the witness that is himself. He is a true nutcase, incompetent and corrupt judge.

 

This judge literally ordered that neither Homeland Security not the State Department can even INQUIRE of whether any foreign national desiring coming into the USA is known within their home country to form any security risk OR even ask any of the 7 country's governments about the person, nor may make in investigation into anyone of such countries wanting to enter the USA - plus the head of the Department of Homeland Security and the Secretary of State many not even discuss any security issues about any individual with the the President.

Literally, the judge ordered that if Iran wants to send spies or ISIS wants to send known terrorists in Iraq to the USA, and this KNOWN to the Iraqi government, we MUST not even delay nor in any manner prevent that person's entry.

This judge shouldn't only be removed from the bench, he should be locked up in Gitmo for giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Again, under this order, anyone with ISIS known to the Iraqi government to be an ISIS fighter and terrorist MUST be allowed into the country and any communication between our government/DHS, State Department or Executive office with Iraq's government is prohibited by that judge.

But, as the Bush family who appointed him, ISIS terrorists are coming here an "act of love."

He could have re-written the order but his belligerence on the subject will not allow him to admit he worded his order wrong. No point blaming anybody you think is opposing your stand; you just never know what others think...

I maintain it is NOT my place to criticize Trump on this as every country has the right to determine who enters their country and who does not. In this case very poor administration of the orders is the issue.

My point on the order is that he made the order and it was poorly worded so courts rule it out. Trump refuses to change the order to make it legal but would prefer to pick a fight with his legal system. You work it out, if you wish to whine at me for his offish behaviour, you will be very surprised when I do give a crap.
