    Really we need to end the decades long US interference in the affairs of any other country. The US is taking sides all over the world when the only side it should be on is the USA, nobody else.

    This is a historically established false statement. Let's do a quick review of history.

    The sovereignty of every nation is based upon the individual sovereignty of the resident population. Palestine was created as a provisionally recognized independent nation in 1922 based upon the sovereignty of the resident population.

    Under the British Mandatory European (Zionist) Jews were allowed to immigrate to Palestine. They had no inherent right of sovereignty related to Palestine.

    The immigrant European Jews immigrated with the Zionist ideology of taking Palestine away from the resident Arab population to create a Jewish Nation in violation of the provisions for their immigration. On May 11, 1942 the Zionists in Palestine formally declared their intent of taking Palestine away from the resident Arab population to create a Jewish commonwealth with the Biltmore Program.

    While the conflict between the Zionists and Arabs had been going on previously with the Biltmore Program a formal civil ware broke out in 1942.

    With the planned exit of the British, and in an attempt to end the civil war, the UN General Assembly approved Resolution 181 in 1947 that proposed a division of Palestine into a Jewish and Arab state with Jerusalem, that both sides had claims to, becoming an international city under UN stewardship. The General Assembly called upon the Palestinian Arabs, the Palestinian Jews, and the UN Security Council to implement the provisions of Resolution 181.

    In 1948 the Palestinian Jews approved the Israeli Declaration of Independence committing the newly formed government to the implementation of UNGA 181 in compliance with 181's provisions calling upon the Jews, Arabs and UN Security Council to implement the provisions.

    The unilateral attempt to implement 181 was opposed by the Palestinian Arabs and foreign Arab nations, as allies of the Palestinian Arabs, came to their defense during the Israeli-Arab war of 1948-49. This conflict ended with the signing of the Israel-Jordan Armistice in 1949 where both sides accepted that no territory under military occupation at the time belong to either the Palestinian Arabs or the Palestinian (Israeli) Jews and that future territory of Palestine was subject to future negotiations and mutual voluntary consent of both the Palestinian Arabs and the Palestinian (Israeli) Jews.

    Between 1949 and 1967 there was never a division of Palestinian territory agreed to between the Palestinian Arabs and the Palestinian (Israeli) Jews. Israel remained a government of occupation of Palestinian territory but none of that territory was a part of Israel based upon the provisions of the Armistice from 1949. Israel could not claim any of the territory it occupied by military force as being part of Israel because the acquisition of territory by force is prohibited under the UN Charter.

    In 1967 Israel expanded it's military occupation of Palestinian territory but once again none of that territory belonged to Israel. Once again Israel occupied territory by force and acquisition of territory by force is prohibited.

    Officially "Israel" is a government with no sovereign territory and instead is a government occupying territory. Based upon the Israeli Declaration of Independence Israel is committed to implementing UN General Assembly Resolution 181. That can be accomplished today with the involvement of the Palestinian Arabs and the United Nations Security Council that were also called upon in Resolution 181.

    The United Nations Security Council would be Pro-Israel and Pro-Palestine in fulfilling it's role in the implementation of UNGA 181 because the final result would be the division of Palestine into a Jewish State and an Arab State where the territory of each becomes the sovereign territory of the nation and where Jerusalem is established as an International city under UN stewardship to end all disputes between the Israeli Jews and the Palestinian Arabs over territory and the city of Jerusalem based upon mutual voluntary consent (self-determination) of the Arabs and the Jews.. .

    Only the implementation of UNGA 181 provides legitimacy to the Nation of Israel that, to date, it does not have because Israel has no "Right of Territory" to any territory it seized by force. Israel can only acquire a Right of Territory based upon mutual consent to the territorial division of "Palestine" between the Arabs and the Jews of Palestine based upon "self-determination" of the people of Palestine.

    Providing the final legitimacy to Israel for it's existence, ending all objections by any nation including those nations "hostile" to Israel like Iran, is anything but being "anti-Israel" and the claims that the UN is anti-Israel have always been false.

    On a historical note, has there ever been all out Jew on Jew conflict?

    It feels like the globalist left wing Jews, who lobby mainly democrats, are vying for the "Jew vote" via MSM and fake bomb threats.

    Is there a large politically promiscuous demographic of Jewish people who are on the fence?

    Had Bernie been the nominee, he would have lost by more than Hillary did.

    I guess they should have just not allowed the Palestinians to return after they fled ahead of the arab invasion? Israel kicked arse, and took land, as happens in invasive wars. The losers never like losing land.

    But they allowed the Palestinians to return, and so now a two state solution seems remote. Then there is the problem of Hamas whose charter says death to Israel, and the total unacceptance of the right of Israel to exist. Even as Israel builds new settlements on what was Palestinian land, and a part of the future state of Palestine.

    Seems to me like the only solution is the two state solution, which would then allow Israel, when they are next attacked, since it would be another nation attacking them, they could wage full out war and exterminate most of the population that would not flee out of there. Then with the Palestinians dead or gone, the problem is solved in the manner we solved problems of this nature since the dawn of civilization. The UN is holding back what is natural for humanity, and the only thing that sometimes will work. A dose of Darwin's Jungle.

    Well, this would actually be a 'three state solution'. the first 'two state solution' clearly hasn't worked, and they got some 85% of the Mandate in that 'solution', so forget giving the fake 'palestinians' more, as they want it all, period, and they will genocide anybody in their way. Well, except for those who fight back, in which case they will wet themselves and run away, and cry to the UN about what 'victims' they are, and diaper wetters around the world will start crying and wailing along with them and ship them all kinds of free stuff. They're the best fed and clothed 'refugees and victims' in world history now. If their enemy were any other people besides Jews and Israelis, nobody would give two (*)(*)(*)(*)s about them.

    I would say yes. My reasoning is that throughout the ages Jews have always managed to keep themselves alive and well by having the patience to wait (on the fence!) for the right opportunity to pursue their survival objectives...

    I wonder why the Marxist Progressives around the planet have taken such a strong stance for Islam? Is it because they believe, in order to found their NWO, everyone must follow Islam?

    People should not confuse support for Palestine with support for Islam. The situation in Palestine can be viewed as a test for morality, justice and the rule of law. If we fail that test we'll be throwing away everything we've learned and worked for since the Nuremberg Trials.
    It's pretty much the same confusion as exists over opposition to neoZionism . Judaism doesn't come into . Zionism was always a political movement- nothing to do with religion.

    Because this has nothing to do with Islam or religion.

    After the lessons of tyranny and oppression of colonialism were learned where countries used military might secure control over territory.. After the massive death toll of WW I as nations used war in an attempt to gain territorial control. After the military conquests of Asia by Japan that lead to unimaginable horrors for the Chinese and Koreans, After the Nazi military conquests that lead to the Holocaust and millions dying. After all of the horrors, after the atrocities, after millions dying and being subjected to the tyranny imposed by wars for political control of territory, the world of nations finally drew a line in the sand and formally established that "The Right of Conquest" was unacceptable and would never be recognized again. This was embodied in the creation of the United Nations This was embodied in the Charter of the United Nations and expressed in Article 2 Paragraph 4 that states:

    "All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations."

    This has been expressed repeatedly by the United Nations Security Council whenever it refers to "the inadmissibility of the acquisition of territory by force (war)" in it's resolutions.

    Effectively in 1945 with the founding of the United Nations "The Right of Conquest" no longer existed and it was replaced by "The Right of Self-Determination" that every nation becoming a member of the United Nations agrees to.

    When the UNGA ratified Resolution 181 for the partition of Palestine dividing Palestine into separate Jewish and Arab nations with Jerusalem as an international city under UN stewardship it was with the understanding that it could only be implemented based upon "The Right of Self-Determination" of the Arabs and Jews living in Palestine.

    When the Armistice was agreed to in 1949 between the newly formed Israeli government and Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan it was understood that the territorial division of Palestine into a Jewish nation and an Arab nation could only be accomplished based upon "The Right of Self-Determination" of the Arabs and Jews living in Palestine.

    When Israel invaded Egypt, Jordan and Syria in 1967 it was understood and expressly stated by the UN Security Council that the acquisition of territory by force (war) was inadmissible and that Israel could make no claims of territory based upon it's military occupation.

    In 2011 when Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu addressed the US Congress and made the following statement he acknowledged "The Right of Self-Determination" for the territorial division into a Jewish nation and an Arab nation.

    Netanyahu was absolutely correct because the 1967 borders have no meaning. The map where the borders are to be defined starts with the entire map of Palestine and it is based upon that map that the Palestinian Arabs and the Palestinian (Israeli) Jews must negotiate and reach the mutual agreed to borders for the two nations.

    I believe that the United Nations General Assembly was correct that neither side will agree to Jerusalem being under the political control of the opposite side. The only possible resolution will be that historic Jerusalem can be under the control of neither side. The proposal that Jerusalem would become an "international city" under UN Stewardship is the only pragmatic solution that both sides will voluntarily agree to. Under this agreement both the Palestinian (Israeli) Jews and the Palestinian Arabs can have their symbolic "Capitals" in historic Jerusalem. No other proposal to my knowledge would be mutually agreeable between the two parties involved.


    None of this has anything to do with religion. It is expressly about the rejection of "The Right of Conquest" and the acceptance of "The Right of Self-Determination" of the people.


    This isn't true of course. Historically there's always fighting between the different denominations (sects) of Christianity and many of those were quite recent such as the conflict between the Catholics and Protestants in Northern Ireland but eventually these conflicts are overcome. The same ability of people to overcome internal religious conflicts that can rages for centuries will occur within the Islamic religious sects. Of greater concern is the religious intolerance between different religions such as the religions intolerance of many American Christians against Muslims that the current US President has been propagating and the tyrannical oppression of the Palestinian (Arab)-Muslims over the last 50 years by the Israeli ("Jewish") government in the "occupied" territories..
