The anti Trump citizens have put forward so many reasons, from lunacy to sexist comments as to why Trump should not be President. So given there is merit in the above did Hillary lose the election? Rather than Trump winning it. How many Trump voters voted thus because they hated Hillary and had little other option? Also, is it time for a third party for this reason?
I do believe Hillary as candidate is one reason dems lost. She was a lousy candidate. I bet many dems simply did not vote because of her.
Hillary and by extension Obama lost. She was personally rejected while his policies were rejected. Trump was the beneficiary of this and probably would have lost against a sane Democrat that wasn't an Obama clone.
I didn't want Clinton to run but I voted for her. The worst thing she might do paled in comparison to what Trump would do.
It's simple really. Clinton lost so America won. Trump is capable of accomplishing things good for America. He's not beholding to the GOP, as they never wanted him. The duopoly had run us down a rabbit hole. The left wants the country to be a 3rd world socialist utopia and Europe Lite. Screw that. The right reacts to it by blocking everything, giving an inch is a slippery slope. Maybe he can mediate the crap show.
Trump won. He was the one who won the electoral system and if Hillary's crimes had really mattered to her supporters she wouldn't have won the popular vote.Trump was the better candidate. Although I will throw a curve ball too. A third point. Had the Democrats not cheated Bernie Sanders...would that have mattered. Seems to me every Sanders supporter I knew abandoned the election and didn't vote.
It's truly astounding anyone voted for that. I'm not surprised Democrats stayed away from the polls. Disgusting. Clinton WAS Democrat voter suppression. Let's stop blaming the Russians, they sabotaged themselves. She and her minions...........I never get tired of seeing this.
It was both. Not that I think democrats will bounce back easily from this, Trump is consolidating the middle now.
Maybe all that McCarthyism coming from the left might have actually helped Trump. Did you think of that? The Democrats already cheated in their own primaries. No one really trusted the left but the left.
