Today, March 26, a rally is taking place across Russia, caused by the massive corruption of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. (70 billion dollars). The government tried to ban it, but the people did not stop it. People are not only against Medvedev, they are going against the whole government. Online translation:
Just came home, it went rather peaceful, from what I saw. I saw one ambulance closer to end of the rally, but considering things were going relatively quiet, it may be that somebody just had a heart attack, or something. There were lots, LOTS of police, OMON, and even inner military of the MVD and a helicopter. But basically they only grabbed few people from what I saw personally, and mainly were keeping people on the side walk and keeping road clear for cars. There's couple photos I made, when police was pushing pedestrians from road, I'll get myself something to eat and will check how it generally went.
On April 2, another rally will take place at the Manezhnaya Square. In addition to Medvedev's resignation, new requirements appeared: 1. Establishment of a structure of dialogue between the people and the government. 2. Reducing the cost of the military industry. 3. The repeal of the law of Yarovaya. (Preservation of all Internet traffic, all SMS and telephone conversations within 3 months). 4. Initiate an open criminal investigation against all those who were caught up in corruption by FBK. (Foundation for Combating Corruption) 5. Revision of Plato (the new tax) taking into account the opinion of truckers.
A few horrors of Putin's totalitarianism. The terrible suffering of opponents of the regime. Photos from the rally, exposing the Kremlin dictatorship.
I once worried about the understanding of such people, but now I stopped paying attention to it. This is their problem, not mine
