Paul certainly claimed a lot of those things. Isn't it interesting that there is zero evidence to back up anything he claimed?

Nothing was gained by Paul? So he didn't become the pre-eminent leader of the Jesus Cult and his dogma and practices weren't extensively adopted?

Don't tell him that. His only answer will be 'that's a lie, the scriptures are true' - despite being shown the opposite many times. But then as someone once said to me 'Religion isn't logical'.

If he just answered with "well I believe it on faith. I don't care if I don't have evidence to back it up or that it's irrational." I would have no counter to that.

But if he's going to try and insist on proving the Bible's truth, them I'm going to hold it to the same evidentiary standards as anything else.

Problem is there is little evidence. And when you CAN show evidence that the Bible is wrong, it isn't accepted. Logic goes out of the window - and like 'Noahs' dove - is eventually lost.

Nope. The preeminent leader of Christianity is Jesus the Messiah. That's the message Paul preached, Jesus the head of the Church.

Right, so where was Jesus's office from which he led the church? Is it at the Vatican?

If Jesus was leading the Church, why didn't he tell all of those people directly?

He did tell them, and you know it. You know where his office is. You're not discussing or debating. You're sneering and mocking. Good luck with that.

sure, Paul received reward for his service to his God in the name of Jesus Christ, flesh doesn't honor without expectation of some kind of reciprocation. thing is, the reward Paul sot after, flesh can't have nor perceive, and the reward he received, is the same that is available to anyone who followed the dogma he preached. which is the Life of Christ, the eternal Life of Christ.

so where is the evil in that?

You're telling me Paul had no temporal power or benefit from his position in Jesus's cult?

that would be at the Right Hand of the Most High God, the Almighty, as Jesus said at the Right Hand of Power, in the Kingdom of Heaven which is in those who are born of the Holy Spirit.

So where is that? Is it in Israel? Or maybe Asia Minor where Paul had his part of the cult?

I'm not trolling anything. You can't on the one hand claim the Holy Spirit gives you good guidance and then on the other hand lie about people's posts and use Ron Wyatt as an authoritative source.

If he did have temporal power or benefit, tell us what it was.

I can do whatever I want within the rules. If something I state is a lie, then make your case and be done with it.

The same that David Koresh or Jim Jones did. Some people get off on having power over others and getting people to follow their teachings.

I have multiple times. You always just stop posting, wait a couple days and then just reply to someone else as if my post never existed.

LOL. that's the funniest post I've seen in quite a while. Comparing the Apostle Paul to David Koresh and Jim Jones is hilarious.

Perhaps I should compare him to the Bab instead?

I can imagine if you were a Branch Davidian you'd only be offended at the comparison to Jim Jones.

A logical mind is one capable of postulating realistic scenarios. You should try it. Maybe then you'd go to the Parting the Red Sea thread and admit Ron Wyatt is a bullshit source.
