As a Conservadox Jew I live everyday conscious of my own mortality. If I would ever want to eat a non-kosher food or to use Internet on Sabbath or a holiday I remember that I will stand Judgement.
You do NOT need a masters in Comp Sci to have computer skills. Use a search engine such as Google, type in a subject, such as GOP, and click at links to your heart's content. You are here, aren't you? You can type, can't you?
Suppose I want to build a database to host 30,000 (not adult!!) videos with 32 TB. Or I want to make a good video. Then I need to be a computer person.
No! Nothing illegal -- just starting a network for videos banned by other sites for political content.
The area I live in now, considering the small rural population, is in what I I consider, -having come from an urban drug infested area in Milwaukee Wi., - a heroin epidemic. Just last week, a person I have mutual friends with, OD'd in a motel. He made it, but is locked up. I ran a little Resale shop that my wife & I live above. I had a competitor across the street, & like 4 stores north of mine, next to one of the 3 bars on the block, & across the street from another. Of the 3 joints, those 2 are the drug spots... Anyway, the other resale guy used to find -still may - syringes, aluminum foil packets, broken crack pipes etc., etc., etc...
Depends on how elaborate a database you need. If it's a simple one without many data fields to sort/filter/search by, it should be simple. Making good video is artistic, primarily. You need visual arts skills to do that (as well as basic technical skills).
