For Rachel Maddow, it is not the potentially world-ending U.S.-NATO buildup at Russia's border that concerns her, but that Trump may pull them out, which will "confirm" that he is indeed being blackmailed by Putin. Maddow's logic is a symptom of an institutional pathology affecting all of the "mainstream" corporate media, their advertisers, and the state. They actually want war with nuclear armed Russia, as evidenced by their relentless propagating for it, which is familiar.
Poor Rachael, she embarassed herself with the Trump tax return and just keeps digging her hole deeper. So sad.
Maddow's rating are now better than CNN or FOX in that time slot. Hence, the right wing open panic you see here.
Fox pulls in more daily viewers than MSNBC and CNN combined--almost a million more than third place MSNBC. I dare say Fox will eek by with its 63 or so straight quarter at #1
