Gun-Totin' Left-Wingers Demonstrate at the Arizona Capitol: Is Bloodshed on the Horizon?

I remember the 60's when the left was in revolt. Then most of those actually shot or killed by the left was the left as they shot each other or blew themselves up in failed bomb factories. I doubt today's average snowflake is any more competent with weapons then they were then. They are sort of like the Italian Army in WWII, long on talk and form and short on competence.

Go to any given range or gun store on any given day and it's no longer filled with rednecks in Leonard Skynyrd t-shirts. It's well dressed, middle class Asians and Hispanics that are buying guns, and putting in range time to learn how to use them.

First and second generation Americans who, decidedly, did not vote for Trump. Nor are they supportive of a Right Wing agenda.

The ones that I've spoken with are mostly apolitical, but their general outlook on life meshes almost exclusively with Democratic ideals.

From "Liberal Gun Owners" Facebook groups to more tangible organizations like The Liberal Gun Club and the Pink Pistols, more and more Left leaning individuals are buying guns.

Many because they are simply freaked out by Trump and his nonsensical, hysterical ranting.

It reminds me of the past eight years of "Obama's gunna take yer' guns", only in reverse.

 

I had no choice, I left it an a scabbard and didn't realize it had gotten soaked and when I pulled the rifle out it was a rusty friggen nightmare, even the stain was bubbled! But after bluing and much sanding I was more pleased with the final look, I believe it's maple, absolutely stunning with a heavy blued barrel, rigger guard and black butt plate..

 

Now now, they're just a bunch of snowflakes.

What do you call someone who is afraid of a snowflake? Republican?

 

America was founded and rooted by the right wing second amendment kind, they know the terrain of the land and have been here for many generations, that gives them the tactical and strategic advantage for warfare goals.

timothy mcveigh was one of their extremist people, if they organize a militia of those kinds the left wing second amendment people stand no chance.

the military is mostly right wing so they won't side with the left wing in a civil war, and most likely will stand aside as the police have done during violent political protests. if the civil war puts unarmed civilian citizens in danger, the violent left wing militias will be defeated even quicker by lawful government force.

 

So what was their point for the 'show of force?'

The right owns more guns than the left. However IMO these modern day leftists are more unstable. This 'show of force' proves this. They had no reason to even be roaming around in a pack with guns.

These are your neighbors and fellow Americans you're talking about. Why do conservatives regard photos such as these showing Tea Party members and NRA supporters as viable, patriotic Americans, but social rejects if they are liberals?

Just imagine it with the feed tube and minus the milling on the hand grip, the color is almost identical.. I'm thinking they just order 20K blank stock, some get milled some get stained dark some get varnished but they are all basically Maple or some other hard wood! Pretty good chance yours is same as mine as they are identical models, and next time you clean it look under the barrel cradle or even scratch away some of the finish if there is any at all under there!

Last I heard, especially form my Conservative friends, is that every American has the inherent right by birth to exercise their 2nd amendment right wherever, and whenever, they choose.

What are you talking about? Where did I EVER say they didn't have the right to carry their guns? Of course they can! I'm just wondering what the purpose of the march was. There was one, right? Or do they normally go hang out in public together brandishing large weapons like this? I mean, if so, that's cool, I just figured they had a purpose. You seem to have a problem with the fact that I asked.

Just curious where all this righteous indignation comes from considering the Right's silence over manchildren marching through Walmart armed to the teeth.

 

I've never personally seen one of these manchildren armed to the teeth in a Wal Mart but I'm sure it's a common top story. You don't find it ironic that the very political party that assigns any large gun as "assault rifles" and has been trying to ban and restrict them is the same party that is sporting them on a meaningless march just for the purpose to attempting to look intimidating (which btw, omg yes, they were scary AF) towards others.

 

Your first of many mistakes is to assume that the Democratic party is one homogeneous lump of people who walk in lockstep on every issue.

As per the bolded part, maybe I missed something, but when have conservatives ever marched down the street heavily armed and stand there in "uniform" brandishing their guns for a supposed political purpose? From your replies, you're acting like this is something "conservative rednecks" are always doing. Are you inventing things to support your conclusion? That's a far cry from an individual open carrying. (This is the second time I asked this question)

 

You know, several of you liberal posters keep saying that we're "uncomfortable" with them walking around armed, yet there are no examples I've seen in this thread.

Perhaps you could quote one of the responses you think is a conservative being "uncomfortable", "scared", or even saying they shouldn't be out carrying guns.

We've made fun of them quite a bit, but that's about it.
