the people in those cities pay federal taxes

I felt the same when the fed withheld money for roads unless states made it illegal for some adults to drink

It will get over turned when it goes to the Suprimes. The President can do this.

And it is such Federalization of tax money for programs of powers reserved for the States, such as education as well as roads, that makes me a States' Rights advocate. Neo Anti Federalist.

Across an immense, unguarded, ethereal border, Canadians, cool and unsympathetic,
regard our America with envious eyes and slowly and surely draw their plans against us.

I wish Obama would go back on vacation. Whenever he comes our of hiding, judges tend to pass these edicts.

One can only imagine how politically motivated are these "blind justice" decisions being made by rogue judges?
And how biased they interpret federal law and the powers of the president.

When? The so-called president has yet to take any of these challenges to his illegal EOs to a higher court for appeal.

So fed up with this crap, this judge will be overturned shortly and the adults in the room will begin to have their way. The US is a sovereign country with borders, and cities protecting illegals - while screwing over their citizens - deserve to have their leadership arrested and imprisoned. EVERY OTHER COUNTRY ON EARTH protects its citizens and deports illegals, with little or no tolerance for them - and the US already accepts OVER 1 MM legal immigrants per year - more than the rest of the world combined.

The country is no longer willing to accept subsidizing the corporate elite hiring them, or paying for their free medical care/public schooling. These cities' policies need to be fixed, or there will be riots. Wait until the next economic downturn, which could be around the corner - and I think we will see native citizens coming out armed against the illegals, this is angering a lot of people.

If the republican are flat out breaking the law, maybe. There is a law from 1996 that allows this.

Judge William H. Orrick  another liberal activist judge who legislates from the bench and was an Obama appointee.

    There's more:
Did the judge buy his judgeship ?

Can you cite the criminal statutes involved, or are you calling for martial law now? You know, big government intrusion when it favors your agenda.

Congress just needs to create a bill that does what Trump wants. I believe that is how the Fed has worked in the past forcing states to create seat belt and DUI laws and such with the threat of loss of funds.

Trump will find some way to make them pay, if the victims of criminal illegals don't get them all in court first.

Generally speaking when you're breaking the law you don't get to make demands.

I see nothing here about not serving Federal government bureaucrats as being a crime.

Not cooperating with a Federal bureaucrat is the opposite of an activity. It is passivity.
