Besides, there is plenty in the Qur'an itself for ISIS to use. Dying while fighting the infidel is the only guarantee offered in the Qur'an as a way for a Muslim to go to Heaven. Without this guarantee, they have to hope that their good deeds in life outweigh their bad ones at the end of their life. They could never be sure.

The US is not like Europe - we are a nation founded on immigrants. Now, even then I have assimilated into the traditional American culture.
