trump supporters are neither sane nor patriotic. They care only about themselves. They don't care about their fellow citizens or about America.

No wonder people are beginning to lose all respect for them. They are NOT the kinds of citizens this country needs in this difficult time.

If you ever open your eyes, you're going to see that the Orange Dildo is screwing you and your fellow trump supporters. And that he has been lying to you all this time. If you ever see the truth, will you still support this fraud? Will you be able to admit the truth?

Or, will you keep on blindly supporting this lying crook because you'll be too embarrassed to admit you've made a horrible mistake and you've been wrong, all along?

 

Oh, I agree. I used to watch a lot of Fox, because I could get both sides at once, even with their bias. But, since the election, I just can't get enough of CNN and MSNBC. It's like a train wreck I can't look away from. They just engage in mass hysteria and delusion on a daily basis. You watch their host get a fact refuted, then they acknowledge they stand corrected, then the next day they are back to the fake fact again. It's just so far removed from the genuine disagreements that used to air on these programs, I find it fascinating.

 

Kinda crazy to hold trump to higher standards than you, the democrats, ever held Obama to. So why do you do it then? I doubt you or other dems are genuinely crazy. So, why do you and others do it? Is it kinda like supporting your fav football or baseball team? Or better, your fav hockey team since they tend to be full of fights and aggression? And so we get the trash talk, as we celebrate when our team gets away with murder, but go ballistic when the other team gets away with it. And yet, this paradigm, unlike sports, is of the upmost importance and literally can affect, positively or negatively, our very existence. And yet we look like crazy, obsessed hockey fans, even wanting to fight the guy next to you, if he isn't in your tribe. Well, I guess it is genetic, ingrained behavior coming from the time when we were barely self aware apes and fear drove us into bands, tribes. We have split the atom, traveled outside of earth to the moon, and created by intelligence a high technological civilization. We can rationalize, reason, use logic to fathom and understand what we used to blame on a collection of gods, and yet we are still enslaved to this primitive, chimp like, ape like, petty tribalism, which demands setting aside a critical mind, and embracing the most base emotions of human existence. So, why do you do it? Enslaved to your genetics, and unlike humans of the past, are not capable to use the intellectual mind to rise above it, is like wearing the chains of slavery, except you guys are willing, compliant slaves, and obviously receive great gratification and pleasure from what amounts to little more than hypocrisy. If like that ancient Greek, one wandered the dark streets and alleys of a political forum, with a decent lamp, looking for a single man of intellectual honesty and integrity, you would be very hard pressed to stumble into just one. There are some, but here is the deal. Being a card carrying member of either of the two parties insures it will not be a dem or repub who the seeker with the lamp is looking for.

What would a forum look like, if the members were of high character, honesty, integrity, and were actually very mature and seriously concerned about this nation we call the USA? And who actually wanted to solve big problems, and who wanted to have an exemplary nation, grounded upon goodness, morality, human decency, liberty, freedom and democratic principles? Well, I will never know this in my own lifetime that is for damn sure. We, both parties have taken a great experiment by our Founders, and collectively crapped all over it, as we then like chimps throw this **** at one another in such glee, and lately, utter hatred. The Left are faux progressives. An aberration. They did not progress, they regressed into chimp island tribalism, the rejection of rationality, logic, reason. And so they in their hypocrisy want to hold trump to much higher standards when they know damn well Obama was not called the Liar in Chief for naught. It is such a juvenile game people play, including the talking heads to make millions of dollars a year keeping people divided and ever ready to throw high octane gas on it.

 

I think they notice that unlike Obama, he is keeping at least some of his promises. He has backslid on foreign policy which will not help him win his next run, but he can still address that, although I highly doubt he will. The Deep State, which the Intel/MSM Complex, and Military Industrial Complex control, will make it impossible for trump to move to sane and responsible foreign policy, but that leaves other promises which he seems to be trying to keep. Of course, you have to ignore this in order to keep making your partisan, tribal driven claims. Which is fine, for his core support does indeed notice what you ignore. In the area of campaign promises and keeping them trump has destroyed past presidents in truth telling, in this area. He will make history, as being the most honest president we have had in a long time, even with his lies. That is what is so ironic with calling trump the greatest of all liars, to hold that office. He may turn out to be the most honest. But that would not be hard given Bush Sr, Clinton, Bush Jr. and Obama.

America has been **** in one form or other by political forces and power brokers since its inception. It has withstood such scatalogical attacks because of the genius of the systems the founders envisioned. That is not to be lamented, that is to celebrated.

I will agree tho that partisanism has become a serious political problem since its believers are more virulent and hateful than your run of the mill racist. Entrenchment to the exclusion of fact. Entrenchment to the exclusion of consideration, logic and knowledge. Entrenchment ignoring human nature. Entrenchment vilifying all that is not within their bubble. entrenchment of bumperstickers long on emotion and short on fact. The complete disappearance of nuance and context.
This relatively new form of extreme tribalism is perfect for the unthinking, uneducated, simple people who either don't have the capacity or don't have the interest/motivation to actually make their own assessments.

They seem to have abandoned their stance of being in the middle between Fox and MSNBC, and are just competing against MSNBC now. A recent study shows they are the most anti-Trump media outlet.
