Palestinians who do not own land ought to leave as well and could have their tickets paid for. The ones who promise to obey IsIraeli law and conform to their values can, of course, stay.

After WW2, the USSR took a considerable amount of land from Germany, kept some, and gave a bunch to Poland; it expelled the German people there, forcing them to move to east Germany. All of this was codified into international law in 1991.
