Historically World Order evolutions resulted from wars or revolutions. The uniqueness of post-bipolar World Order is that it emerged peacefully after collapse of the Soviet Union and became unipolar. Meanwhile it seems the evolution keeps going and due to “emerging powers” like Russia, China, India and their alliances todays World Order may transfer into multipolar. I’d call it “post-post-bipolar” construction. Does it make sense?
