Let us say that a born again baptized into The Lord Christian was taken somewhere, into a town/city, where he/she was constantly accosted. Before he/she was in this new town/city, there was no violence in that person. That person rarely cursed, that person rarely got into any forms of trouble with other people. But after The Lord brought that person into the new town/city, that person was constanty being attacked by the people in that town. That person had no person to rely on and that person could not even rely on the Churches in that town. Even when that person sought help through other Christians, there were no sound answers given. There were no sound advice and rarely was any Scripture involved in their answers. And this person ended up in the Emergency room many times.. Not because he was physically attacked but because he had no helper.. Even when he cried out to God for help, not in pain nor urgency, but in supplications, the attacks only got worse and nothing got better.

Mind you, before this person became baptized and before this person gave his life over to The Lord, he was not the cleanest person around. He was just like every other person who was in their early twenties. Party here. Party there. What's wrong with that? But ever since he was taken back to the town/city where his family was, his life was a nightmare... Not only by his family but by the whole place.

This is a basic lay out of what might have occurred and so what is your honest opinion of such.

People in that town/city say that he has a high complex issue. That he thinks he is better than they all. He lives a quiet life, he lives in very modest ways.. He does not own any vehicle, he takes public transit.. He is quiet and he was very modest. And the people of the town, mostly the younger 'attitude' ones, even when they don't much for their attitude, for no reason, confront and accost this person. For no reason. This person could be sitting alone, waiting for Church to open when a male, twice his size and twice his younger, tries to 'shoot' the breeze with him. When the older man asks him to leave, the younger one begins to accost him.. And this is happens often. What would be your opinion?

I would really prefer to not hear of any 'they are jealous' or 'they see something in that person they don't have and so they get upset' answers... Those answers are for the children... What I am asking is what is your opinion on his life with God in the place God took him into?

Would it seem odd if ANYBODY began viewing that person as being 'hated or despised' by God that God is seen as unwilling to assist such an attacked person? Please do not draw any similarities to anyone else.. Just a normal human being who gave his life over to God to have him taken into a town/city to go through these daily 'nightmares' with no help...

I heard many times that God does not supply to those who do not ask. I have only heard of such things. Whether or not this is true, I don't know. I am not God. And so there are those who do not ask, and live and then there are those who ask and live. If by asking, a person only receives no answers, should that person just live... Just walk away from the relationship and live all because God knows something the person does not? Imagine living with someone to whom you ask.. Soon that person does not respond back.. and if so only with words.. Is the one who asks supposed to just pick up pack up and leave that one?

There can be no blame put on the family.. There can be no blame put on the people of that town/city. There can be no blame put on God. So who is to blame? As many think and say.. God is in control.. He is in control over that family.. He is in control over those people.. He is in control over the Entire Universe. So why would the constant attackings, the night beatings, the daily assaults continue? Sure there are many around the world who live in similar or worse conditions.. Sure.. But in the open and not behind closed rooms and in closed cell blocks??

I have a few things to say about those who are in places where their Established Government prohibits certain things. N.Korea does not condone drug use.. If they find a person using or distributing drugs, their custom is not like that of the US. And so if I go into N. Korea, I should respect their Established Law. But if I neglect their law for my desires, why would I feel 'unjustly' treated when their Law Enforcers were given the sword to punish the wrong doers?? Romans 13

"Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.

2 Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

3 For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same:

4 For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil.

5 Wherefore ye must needs be subject, not only for wrath, but also for conscience sake.

6 For for this cause pay ye tribute also: for they are God's ministers, attending continually upon this very thing.

7 Render therefore to all their dues: tribute to whom tribute is due; custom to whom custom; fear to whom fear; honour to whom honour."

Does N. Korea or any other Established Government NOT fall into this category? What a lovely place that would be to live in.. To not have to be afraid of 'evil' doers because the 'rulers' of that place are ministers of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him who doeth evil. What a blessing that would be..

Laws within the US says, that certain behaviors and certain things are 'illegal'.. That they are wrong... What a blessing it would be to be safe from such 'illegal and wrong' doers..

Such correctors of 'wrong doing and illegal doing' should start in the private home and should not have to enter onto the public streets.

Proverbs 22:6 "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."

Proverbs 29:15 "The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left to himself bringeth his mother to shame."

When a town/city is run by such 'wrong doers' who give threats for love, of course the town/city is not going to run well. It will not be a righteous city and if there are enough of such 'wrong doers' who strong arm the weak and limited in numbers, of course they will be as the 'rulers' of the town/city. Horrible thoughts but it can be seen in many places.

Does anyone really think that such persons should hold responsible Law Making and Law enforcing Jobs?

Drugs is drugs.. It's been around longer than Government Establishments have.. But when Law comes to serve and protect the welfare and safety of those who do not partake in such activities, those who do should show some courtesy, excuse themselves and party up in places where they won't be a 'concern' to others. And with such establishments as Human Services, they should also do their job duties.. Informing users of the 'more than likely' risks. Giving referrals and assistance. Providing with information.. Providing locations of 'safe havens' and such is the duty of Human Service workers to such users.

When City and County or State 'cracks' down on a certain 'niche', and when the places of their 'assemblings' are taken away, City and County or State is in for deeper concerns in the future.

Government is not man's institution. It was established by God.

Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers that be are ordained of God.
Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation.

    Government is a power..

John 19:11 "Jesus answered him, "You would have no authority over Me, if it were not given to you from above. Because of this, the one having delivered Me up to you has greater sin." BLB

Maybe what He was saying was, 'you are not doing your job right'..

    2 Corinthians 1:8

"For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:
But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:"

Acts 19:26-27 "Moreover ye see and hear, that not alone at Ephesus, but almost throughout all Asia, this Paul hath persuaded and turned away much people, saying that they be no gods, which are made with hands: 27So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence should be destroyed, whom all Asia and the world worshippeth.

28-29 " And when they heard these sayings, they were full of wrath, and cried out, saying, Great is Diana of the Ephesians. 29And the whole city was filled with confusion: and having caught Gaius and Aristarchus, men of Macedonia, Paul's companions in travel, they rushed with one accord into the theatre."

33-34 "And they drew Alexander out of the multitude, the Jews putting him forward. And Alexander beckoned with the hand, and would have made his defence unto the people. 34But when they knew that he was a Jew, all with one voice about the space of two hours cried out, Great is Diana of the Ephesians."

35-36 "And when the townclerk had appeased the people, he said, Ye men of Ephesus, what man is there that knoweth not how that the city of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the image which fell down from Jupiter? 36Seeing then that these things cannot be spoken against, ye ought to be quiet, and to do nothing rashly."

37 "For ye have brought hither these men, which are neither robbers of churches, nor yet blasphemers of your goddess."

Probably derived from an old Indo-European root meaning "heavenly, divine", related to dyeus (see ZEUS). Diana was a Roman goddess of the moon, hunting, forests, and childbirth, often identified with the Greek goddess Artemis.

I think that you might enjoy the story about the daughter of Lot that is in the Book of Jasher. I will try to find it.

Many unlearned persons speculate with no futher investigating and learning that this goddess Diana/Asherah is associated with Islam. Due to the ancient pagans' idolization of the such deities and human ascriptions to 'deities', gods and goddesses were given 'roles' and 'functions' with different classses of responsibilities. All these were placed upon these 'deities' by mankind.

And so with Diana/Asherah and with all the other 'deities', humans ascribed to them responsibilities. A statue cannot run away in the dangers of war but the people's hearts is less prone to 'melt with fear' if they can place their confidence in something that is as fortitude, the statue. With their eyes and hearts and hopes fixed upon an immobile statue, their strength, their ideologies, their goal is alot less wavering.

But mankind is that which ascribes. Mankind ascribed the 'crescent moon' as a symbol for Diana. And it was mankind that ascribed the 'crescent moon' to Islam. These human inscriptions are used as references by other humans, not by God.

But even in Islam, Jesus declared Muhammad. [61:6] And call to mind when Jesus, son of Mary, said, `O children of Israel, surely, I am ALLAH's Messenger unto you, fulfilling that which is before me of the prophecies of the Torah, and giving glad tidings of a Messenger who will come after me, his name being Ahmad. And when he came to them with clear proofs, they said, this is manifest sorcery.'

People's hearts and minds can be so strange that they may literally seek to do all that they can to disprove God Almighty and yet prove their deity of choice...

And just as in Acts with the deity Diana, their 'evidence' comes from murderings, imprisonments, outbursts, large assemblings, etc.. With such 'authority' over any new arrival, the evidence is within their idea that none can be separate from their sway.... And with these 'evidences' their deity is assured that they are the true deity....

Sometimes, even as it is evident in today's time, God gives to persons things which become getting 'used against God', to 'disprove God' and to 'fight God'.

Knowing that each person has 'free will' is clear evidence of this when they claim themselves 'atheist'.

Ecclesiastes 1:9 "The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun."

The freewill of man to choose what he may and the things he chooses, even in today's time, has already been and that which is done today will be the trend of the future. There is no new thing under the sun...

God has given freewill to choose destinies for future lives and so Jesus has said, "Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?" -1 John 10:34

Psalm 82:6 "I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High." .... And what Joy and Glory it must be for God to receive our utmost towards Him. HE is probably very Well pleased.

    1 Corinthians 14:34;36
"Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law." What? came the word of God out from you? or came it unto you only?"

    Titus 2
"But speak thou the things which become sound doctrine: 2That the aged men be sober, grave, temperate, sound in faith, in charity, in patience.

3The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things; 4That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, 5To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

6Young men likewise exhort to be sober minded. 7In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity, 8Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.

9Exhort servants to be obedient unto their own masters, and to please them well in all things; not answering again; 10Not purloining, but shewing all good fidelity; that they may adorn the doctrine of God our Saviour in all things."

    Acts 19:28

"And when they heard these sayings, they were full of wrath, and cried out, saying, Great is Diana of the Ephesians."

A person's own sexuality is a powerful defender of the body...

Psalm 82:6 "I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High." "Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods?" 1 John 10:34

'I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are procreators?'

Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth."
Genesis 1:10 "...and God saw that it was good."

Actually.... I found something even better than that story in the Book of Jasher......
just click on this link.... scroll about half way down the page to the section entitled.....
The Judgment Seat of Christ.... read it......
and you will have some answers to your question.

    I actually faced similar questions from 1988 - 1995.....

Acts 15:36 "And some days after Paul said unto Barnabas, Let us go again and visit our brethren in every city where we have preached the word of the Lord, and see how they do. 37And Barnabas determined to take with them John, whose surname was Mark. 38But Paul thought not good to take him with them, who departed from them from Pamphylia, and went not with them to the work. 39And the contention was so sharp between them, that they departed asunder one from the other: and so Barnabas took Mark, and sailed unto Cyprus;"

I would have to assume that it was Paul who began the whole contention with his request unto Barnabas to go again to visit the brethren in every city where 'they' had preached The Word of The Lord to see how they were doing. But I guess Barnabas wanted to bring along with them John to which Paul disagreed and so there was conflict. So basically, if there was no John, whose surname was Mark, around them at that time, there would have been NO contention...

    1. Paul suggests they go and see how the other brethren were doing.
    2. Barnabas agrees but wants to bring along John, whose surname was Mark.
    3. John, whose surname was Mark, is watching them argue and disagree over him.
    4. A contention breaks out over if John, whose surname was Mark, should be allowed.
    5. Seeing that John would not be allowed, they take to separate ways.. Barnabas taking John, whose surname was Mark, along with himself.

Many persons in the world do not have this kind of 'knowledge' in their lives.

    Hosea 4:6
"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children."

    Matthew 28:19-20
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen."

    WHY??

So that they will have knowledge...

Because of the lack of knowledge: Revelation 13:4-6 "And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him? And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months. And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven."

All because of 'Lack of Knowledge'..

    Revelation 13:18
"Here is wisdom: The one who has understanding must calculate the number of the beast, because it is the number of a man. His number is 666."

A man.. Not a fallen Angel or a dragon or a serpent or a devil or a demon.

    A man..

And from what I've learned while living in this world, is that men and women are 'born' into this world. They don't 'appear' out of nowhere. They come forth from their mother's womb.

If we take King Solomon's wisdom of 'there is no new thing under the sun', then we can take as Truth that there have been many 'beasts' and there might be many more 'beasts'.

No one alive today can know of what it might have been like living in the times of National Conquests. The Roman Conquests, The Greek Conquests, The Napoleanic Conquests, The Ottoman Conquests. And all the other 'World' conquests that were.... And all were carried on and through by 'man'.

And except for the Conquests done by past Christian/Catholic men, all were done in the name of 'self'.

Not to insinuate any 'wrong doing', but Martin Luther had an entire Denomination named after himself. Reading in history text books might give us an 'idea' of what it may have been like during those years, but we, most certainly, cannot be 100 percent certain. Just as history text books claimed Christopher Columbus 'discovered America', such things need to be verified..There are no living eye witnesses. I believe that if Christopher Columbus did actually discover America, that the name 'America' was not given by Christopher Columbus but rather by another 'explorer' during those times.

Lies, past present and futue, rely on each other to keep itself alive.

The strange part is how Truth gives to lies its life.

John 15:5 "...for without me ye can do nothing."

1 John 1:5 "...and in him is no darkness at all."

Hebrews 6:18 "...in which it was impossible for God to lie,..."

John 15:5 "I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing."

Free will even while abiding within The Life of Christ Jesus.

    Colossians 1:17
"And he is before all things, and by him all things consist."

Of course, Christ Jesus who is in all, will not 'force' any to turn from evil. But I wonder what it might be like to be constantly accosted and pursued down with harm...

1 Corinthians 11:3 "But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God."

That is exactly the event that I was referring to.... and yes......
I also got the impression that Paul was the somewhat overly controlling one who would not go along with Barnabas.......... if Barnabas insisted on bringing along John Mark.

The Worldwide Church of God taught us to be somewhat more confident...... somewhat more proud than we should be....... and it got us into a lot of the disputes that we were in with other churches over the decades.

For example we were so sure of our teachings about "soul sleep" but once I began to study near death experience accounts....... I could no longer go along with that doctrine.

A book and film was made investigating DaVinci's Painting of The Last Supper. It was speculated that within DaVinci's painting, a 'man' appearred to be as a 'woman'. And so because of such a keen observation, the investigation began on whether Christ Jesus could have been 'wrong' as far as The Holy Bible was concerned. No where in The Holy Bible does it mention a 'woman' being present at the Last Supper. However, Leonardo DaVinci might have known something else.

With such pursuits to discredit God's Holy Word, only detrimentents to human souls but lucrative to human's greed for monies, will be the result. And with DaVinci's 'secret' rumors began being published of how Jesus could have had a biological 'son or daughter'. Jesus, may have in fact, NOT have been 'chaste' or 'celibate'. After all, they conclude, He was a man, tempted as all men...

Putting 'faith' and 'wholesomeness' aside, we can tackle this 'rumor' with Scriptural Evidence; to either prove its possibility or do disprove the possibility.

Christ Jesus was born an Immaculate Birth. He had a mother, Mary/Marium, but Mary/Marium did not know a man before she was overshadowed from on High.

    Mary/Marium was overshadowed by God.

A human being, naturally conceived, has 23 sets of Chromosomes. Each male gamete, or sperm and each Egg or ovum, has 23 individual Chromosomes. A male sperm has its own 23 chromosomes and an egg has its own 23 chromsomes. When the 23 chromosomes of the sperm and the 23 chromosomes of the egg 'unite', they produce a 'set' of 23 Chromosomes.

But since each 'set' contain 2 indivdual chromsomes, the total number of chromosomes is 46. A set of 23, 2 chromosomed unioned, produces a total of 46 chromosomes. 23 X 2 = 46

Jesus, however did not receive the 23 'male' chromosomes from another male, 'father'. Mary, His mother, did not have a male gamete or sperm 'unite' with her egg. So she had only 1 egg, no male gamete, to have cell multiplication occur to have the process of 'forming' within the womb begin..

Some say Jesus Christ was half man; half God.

He was half man (not a full 46 chromosomed body) BUT He was Full God.

This briefly gives a view of his DNA makeup.

However, this does not show that He did not 'procreate' as other males do.

I am unsure but can a male who has only 23 Chromsomes coming from the ovum, produce any male chromosomes?

Secondly, Jesus sinned not. He did not sin. Sin is the transgression of The Law, the breaking of The Law, the going contrary to The Law. Within God's Own Laws, He gave clear 'commandments' dealing with husband/wife. Genesis 2:24 "Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh."

If Jesus did have a 'wife', then that would mean He broke a Commandment. Firstly, He did not 'cleave' to his wife. He lived without His wife. He did without His wife. He preached without His wife. He died without His wife. In other words there is no mention of a 'wife' who followed Him around and who He constantly 'cleaved' to His entire married life.

God gives 'wives' to be as helpers. Jesus did not have such a 'helper'.

To call Jesus a biological parent yet not have a wife He cleaved to is as calling Him an Adulterer.

1 Corinthians 11:3 "...and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God." If Christ was truly a 'husband' to a woman, how did Christ Jesus show this while alive??

I'm having problems pinning down exactly what kind of opinion you're looking for.

I believe it would be wrong to accost such a person, but the story is clearly set up for that to be the conclusion, so I don't see what other topic we're supposed to give our opinion on.

Your posts are very long and go in a lot of different directions, can you narrow it down, please?
