Historically World Order evolutions resulted from wars or revolutions. The uniqueness of post-bipolar World Order is that it emerged peacefully after collapse of the Soviet Union and became unipolar. Meanwhile it seems the evolution keeps going and due to “emerging powers” like Russia, China, India and their alliances todays World Order may transfer into multipolar. I’d call it “post-post-bipolar” construction. Does it make sense?
And who will be rulers of so-called New Order? Deep State with a bunch of crazy liberals who are pushing the world towards WWIII? Or probably commies, queers & Co?

There's a thread floating around somewhere about global corporations ruling the new order, I agree, if not rule then at least largely influence... that would place a very small minority at the top.
