January of 2020 would too early to take bets on who will occupy the White House--look at the long shot himself, Donald Trump.

If nothing else, if you take a bet that is not settled for another 3+ years, You have that money to invest and work with for free.

A female would be their 1st choice, preferably a Black or Hispanic.

The left is not grooming a good candidate. Their goal is to have the first woman President, or first of another race. Had they actually wanted a good candidate last time, Hillary the serial liar/criminal would have been nixed from the get go.
