Trump ends decades-long White House tradition of celebrating Ramadan

I worked in Saudi Arabia for a couple years, and those Muslims wouldn't let Christians buy little plastic Christmas trees to celebrate Christmas. Nor would they allow Christians to worship.

Needless to say, I didn't make it generally known that I was an atheist, because we all know how those billions of members of the Religion of Peace treat non-believers.

 

When I was in Saudi Arabia during Ramadan, it was said that the only people who stayed in Kingdom during Ramadan were the foreign workers. The Saudis hopped on the first planes out of there they could get.

 

For someone whose icon is that of a man who committed genocide and owned slaves, you seem unusually hypocritical. Even for a leftist.

 

But ALL muslims are Jesus-rejecters, so are they really the sort of people we want in our Christian countries?

 

Every religion other than Christianity rejects Jesus.

 

Obviously President Obama and previous presidents are all bigots against Hindus. The White House did not celebrate Diwali. for many Hindus this five day festival honors Lakshmi, the goddess of wealth.

Why does Obama hate Hindus?

Do you really believe Muslims care about their fellow man? They don't even care about their woman. Did they care about their fellow man on 9/11? They don't even care about each other. How many Muslims have killed other Muslims just because they don't believe the same? What religion preaches to tax, enslave, or kill your enemies if they don't convert to their religion? They don't even believe in our Constitution but believe we should submit to their Sharia law. The two conflict.

Human nature does not seem to change much, but some religions teach against the baser qualities. In fact, most of us believe that is the function of religion--which is what makes it difficult for so many in Western society to believe there is a religion out there--Islam-- which actually sanctions and elevates them, as long as they can be made or seen to support Islam in some way.

IMO Mohammed's Medina-phase actions serve to prove he became an apostle of the Devil, Lucifer, the moon god--god of the human unconscious.

The god of Christ was the sun god, the god of conscious behavior. Responsible, conscious behavior is the religious goal of Western Christianity-- not a rubber stamping of heinous behaviors by some obnoxious moon sect like Islam.

It would be good to know what all the religious celebrations of The White House are.

I know that Thanksgiving (the Puritan holiday and also now also Federal) is a very famous holiday in the USA.

I wonder about Xmas, Easter, Channuka, Yom Kippur, etc.

 

My personal view is that the Quran is pure crap. I have read it. It reads like pure crap.

On the other hand I feel the USA should be tolerant of moosleems living here. They are also productive citizens.

Any degree of radicalization should be investigated and monitored however. Especially if it is combined with AR-15 or AK-47 purchases.
