Sean Spicer was replaced with Sarah Huckabee Sanders. I think this was originally planned when she first appeared as a deputy press secretary.

What an ass kisser Scam-omouch was.
He "loves" President Trumpov" no less than 3 times!
"A wonderful human being", "good karma"!
He's "the best communicator in the world, maybe history"!

In fact, PuTrump is a nasty and raging liar, and the Charles Manson of Twitter.

First Scarface backed Scott Walker, an early favorite, then he faded..
so Scarface then backed Jeb Bush.
Finally, after calling Trumpov a 'hack candidate', now he backs Trump.
What a desperate little ass kisser.

He was looking for his out. I doubt that this appointment was anything more than the opportunity to blame someone else

Sean will be on Hannity to explain. The story I read says he quit to give the new guy full ability to hire the staff he wants there.

Also, Trump wanted Sean to stay on. And Sean will be there through August.

I thought Sean Spicer did a decent job as Press Secretary, and I don't envy anyone who has to put up with that mob. But I do agree with those who say that the southern sensibilities of Sarah Huckabee Sanders are an asset, so I hope she gets tapped going forward.

    I don't think so. I think it's unrelated.

Anyway, the @sean_spicier ‏twitter account lives on, and that really is the most important thing.

Gee imagine a trained communications executive resigning over the appointment of a totally unqualified Communications chief who has a "charming tone". too bad that ain't the job.

More chaos with a bunch of unqualified people trying to run the most powerful nation on earth. Why not let ignorant rookies run the show, especially when their noses fit so snugly up donny's butt.

I think it was planned too! Spicer probably wanted to leave and they were testing the waters with Huckabee. After watching the spokes people for our State Department under Obama, I think Spicer was doing very well in comparison.

Not that it was the fault of the spokes people in the last administration that they came across so stupidly, but that they had to cover up the lies of the administration... So I really felt sorry for them.

Yeah, you're probably right. I was actually hoping that Bannon would be tossed overboard, but that was probably wishful thinking on my part.

I don't know. I watched Scaramucci's handling of the press folks, and he appeared both comfortable and engaging. Of course, the Communications Director will function to a large extent in the background. Scaramucci is a scrapper, in the same way that Trump is a scrapper, so I think it's a good fit. Thank God for excellent, motivated, unqualified people who are willing to run the most powerful nation on earth.

By the way, I love the fact that Sean Spicer has enough integrity to resign when he disagrees with a decision. As opposed to what most people in Washington do, which is to start leaking information to a hostile press. If something concerns you, make your case to the boss, and if that doesn't resolve things to your satisfaction, get up and leave. Bravo, Mr. Spicer. Bravo.

Yes, I mean how hard can the american government communications strategy be? We aren't talking about a PR flack here, we are talking about the most important "communications director" position on the planet.

I don't see how ignorant inexperience can make america great again, unless all it takes is kissing Donnies arse.

Yeah, kudos for falling on his sword. I guess it is rather surprising these days when somebody in the west wing reacts with ethical integrity in the face of trumpian chaos.

We've been doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. One thing's for sure: Donald Trump is not the same old thing.

Who do you think will be playing Scaramucci? (And more to the point, who will play all of the CNN personalities that have to resign because of him?) :)

Guy was grinning from ear to ear too. No doubt he'd been waiting for someone else to enter the revolving door just so he could leave.

I mean given all the hate filled media and the corrupt democrats sending a special prosecutor to investigate Trump's team when they actually should have had him investigate them instead, who wouldn't be looking for an exit?

Are you actually suggesting that the trump administrations incompetence and shocking lack of domain expertise is an improvement over the governing processes that were the envy of the world and which made America the superpower it is today?

Yep silly is surely in season.

Are you actually suggesting that we'd have been better off electing someone that doesn't have the common sense to realize that housing sensitive government information on a private, unsecure server is not a very bright idea? Frankly, I don't know if President Trump will end up being an improvement over what's come before, but I'm willing to keep an open mind and watch what happens. And guess what? Six months into his presidency, and I'm not at all disappointed with the way things are going. (Well, other than the media not being able to tell us about anything other than Russia, Russia, Russia). He's working through his checklist of commitments he made during his campaign, which itself is a bold, innovative, refreshing change from what's been taking place in recent administrations.

Yeah, maybe I'm silly, but at least I know when the country is moving in a direction I'm happy with. The Obama administration didn't provide that. Will the Trump administration do any better? Don't yet know, but I'm cautiously optimistic. We shall see.

Yes, I am actually suggesting that Clinton would be one HELLUVA lot better than trump in just about every way.

Not disappointed? Of course not because he hasn't much of anything yet to significantly improve the economy.

He has taken credit where either no credit is due or is that of others that went before him. His clownish behavior on the world stage has made the nation the laughingstock of the world (except in Israel and Russia). He has abdicated American leadership in renewable energy. He has LIED repeatedly to the america people. He has directly and repeatedly questioned the integrity of the justice system, the intelligence community, the scientific community. He has repeatedly demonstrated ignorance of the constitution, laws of the land, and government processes.

But considering the incredibly low performance bar that so many trumpettes have gifted him with, I am not surprised you are not at all disappointed.

But I bet you aren't nearly as happy as Vald and the boys.

You're hallucinating if you think we lead in renewable energy. The indigenous Chines built their whole culture around it, and today they continue the tradition by making the cheapest solar panels.

I'm beginning to wonder if many of the so-called anti-Trump posters on here aren't actually representatives of foreign powers themselves.
