Doesn't racist mean discrimination based on race? Doesn't discriminate mean biased in some way? You can be biased and it not be because of hate. So if you think another race is superior in some way that is still being racist.

I agree with you that anyone with over 5% body fat have no business being a Democrat and should vote straight Republican in every election for every office, including blacks and Latinos. So should everyone who is a white maile, Christian or a business owner.

This seems to have been a legal rally, where permits had been with difficulty obtained, which turned violentl when, predictably, the usual "anti fascist' and black activist groups turned up.

Trump was careful not to assign blame, which was almost certainly the sensible response.

You said that as if I was threatening to hit you with my key board. I don't normally do rallies and demonstrations because they never amount to anything, but if I knew people from out of State were coming in to looking for trouble in my backyard I'd make sure they didn't leave empty handed. They obviously don't respect someone else's house and need to be evicted. That statue should have been melted down and sold off like they did the Berlin wall at $500 an ounce in the form of "white's only water fountains." It could have generated a lot of outside revenue from the racists for the area. It could have been sold right next to some fresh white cotton sheets and the rebel flag display, between the "How to date your sister" brochure. At the pick-up truck dealership they should have been giving away complementary combat boots and cutoff camouflage pants with belly-out wife-beaters and some spray-on red-neck tanner, with exact figures for how many red-neck could fit in the bed of each truck. We could have even sold them some "South will rise again" belt-buckles large enough to counter as gut-shields at the square-dancing competition and invited celebrities guest speakers like Ted Cruz, Rick Perry, and the Clintons (something tells me that the Bush family wouldn't have come). We could have turned it into a Southern bar-b-q for them with a negro pinata hanging from a tree filled with bar-b-q chicken and frozen watermelon. We could have concluded the evening with a Monster truck event with a lottery for season tickets to NASCAR. Those crackers would have loved me down there, and I would have loved to take there money.

From what I understand the march was cancelled before noon on Saturday because it was growing obvious that it would incite violence. Free speech covered in the 1st Amendment, doesn't extent to inciting violence or civil unrest. But I also agree that anti demonstrators should not have been allowed to show up ready for a fight anymore than the White supremacist were. Police should have been out there disarming the crowd before things escalated. You cannot go into a sporting even with helmets, shields, sticks, and teargas, so you shouldn't be able to go to a rally like that. Allowed items at rallies should be limited to signs, banners, bullhorns, and cameras.

 

Hell no! Why would we want to congest our highways with pick-up trucks full of drunks, when we can pack all these people in one plane and deliberately crash it somewhere?
