Texas need money more than anything right now

Everyone knows that the biggest help that can be given to Texas right now is money to pay for food and rescue.

Have you heard one word from the Hollywood milionaires or from the Clinton Foundation????????????

 

What are you talking about? All kinds of celebrities, corporations have already stepped up with huge donations and more are coming in every day as this disaster goes forward. Where ya been?

Tell me, how much has your celebrity billionaire buffoon buddy Donald Trump donated? Has he announced anything yet? Trump is averse to charitable donations, unless they are to himself, LOL.........

 

As much as Hillary and Obama have.

 

Chelsea has already stepped up and, given her mom & dad's history, they will e stepping up shortly. Expect to see Obama as well, he has a history of charitable donations, something like over a $1 million during his presidency. Not bad for someone with barely a fraction of Trump's considerable wealth. Trump is a piker, always has been.....

Trump takes no wages from Government. Gives all of it away. And to assume the presidency, he had to give up other incomes.

So cut him some slack. Obama kept his wages.

That would be because the left used it to add in everything but the kitchen sink, none of which had to do with the hurricane. The democrats refused to pass a stand alone bill.

Trump is on target to spend on much on vacations, including security, in one year, as Obama did in eight.

All of his regular sites are secured now, it costs no more to stay at Trump Tower than it does at Camp David at this point.

You know that when Trump comes down here to Mar-a-Lago, they have to shut down the local private airport - which means everyone who works there is out of work till he leaves. They also have to shut down the southern bridge on to Palm Beach Island, reroute traffic, and bring in the Coast Guard and extra Sheriff patrols for the waterway behind his house/hotel. They have to shut down entire highways while he travels to and from his golf course with extra traffic control.

This happens with every president who travels.

How long did they close the airport when Clinton decided to get a haircut on the runway.

When Obama stayed at a hotel he had the entire floor rented out for security reasons.

Tom Hanks has made huge donations to the Red Cross.
Sandra Bullock gave a million for the last hurricane, would expect more of the same since she owns homes in Texas.

My mistake but the extra cost is minimal.

Face it, the security of the president should always be there no matter where they go. Its something we as a society agreed to.

 

Texans desperately need enormous help from the federal government, and that should not be limited because they elect anal apertures to represent them in Washington.

Minimal? Hell, Palm Beach County is adding a special tax this year to help cover costs. The Lantana Airport has lost a huge slice of business
and may go bankrupt from being shut down so many times. I guess if that's "minimal" to you ... whatever. Trump FanBoys really would forgive Trump anything.
