I've been around the forums for over a decade, mostly the tame ct ones that aren't really ct any longer. Driving by to check it out. My interests are mostly news/political analysis and commentary, but I like humor and recipes. Odd combo, I know. Laughter and cooking are my peace in this time of deep political sorrow. I have no ideology and have never been affiliated with a party, but I have worked for a couple of administrations (state). Which kind of explains everything. This site seems to move and have interesting posters.

First let me address the bacon thread. Yes, indeed I grazed at it before I registered. A few years back I curated one of my own. I shall lose myself for a couple hours devouring it. Nothing beats bacon humor, photos, tips, you name it. Bacon rules.
I shall. But I have to get used to the furniture. For dinner tonight is steelhead trout, dill, lemon garlic, foil pack served with peanut butter Asian inspired coleslaw.
