    Her name is Dawn.

    Yule, the winter solstice, is a date inscribed to humanity's calendar evey since we lifted our eyes to the stars. It's on this date, that celebrates the return of the light, that Christianity placed the birth of the Savior, to make it fit with an event that was already celebrated in pretty much every culture.

    It's snowing here, it's still dark and early. Merry Christmas to you christians, happy holidays for all the others.

My goal for the following year will be to get zero warnings. If no one tells you they love you today it could be because you haven't been very lovable.

    Thanks for a patriotic yet not a partisan greeting. This is the greatest country on earth. My family won the lottery years ago at the refugee camp when the Resettlement paperwork had my dad's first choice from the Dream List said. -- "Destination Country ......USA. " . Mom tells the story that dad ran back to the barracks and said. " start packing the little PARTIZAN ( insurgent) is going to grow up an American.

    We are lucky that our grandkids live 6 miuntes down the road so we will get to watch those three do that after dinner. Of course they already unpacked the one from Santa this morning. Practice makes perfect.

    I have always wished my Jewish friends happy Hanukah and they always wish me Merry Christmas so I can save "happy holidays " for National Brocolli Consumption Day.
