Trump gets paid $400,000 a year to sit on his ass eat KFC and then spend the rest of the time golfing. I'm willing to doubt that Trump couldn't even manage a Dairy Queen by himself.

The USPS craft workers I have met over the years generally perform professionally.

The manager, however, is under educated and not professional. Too top heavy.

Isn't this a federal crime. Throw him in a federal pen, and he shall not get any pension.

I agree about the Union part, on a regular basis my neighbors and I have to get together and hand over each others mail. I have never see our he postal carrier without his cell phone stuck to his ear.

Most folks on an RFD are serviced by contract carriers anyway.

The postal service has not taken any tax payer dollars since the early 80's. Just an FYI.

Uh oh one guy did something. Better change it all.

Because we all know it’s impossible for a private employee to do something nuts. Only public ones do crazy stuff.

Leaving out the billions in debt they are. I would say they are not treating us tax payers "decently".

Didn't read the article, but was his motivation so he wouldn't have to deliver them? I've know of many deliverers who haven't even scanned certifieds. UPS is a much more efficient service. Ya get what ya pay for, I guess.

Newsflash...$50K is not "huge" money by any means...and they provide a valuable service.

In fact they provide an amazing service.

I haven't had a single piece of mail lost in DECADES

Of course Republicans fight against any job that makes more than poverty wages. They care nothing about the dignity of workers

When it comes to money people are supposed to work and earn it -- not have the federal government sugar daddy them all their lives.

50K plus Health Benefits plus PENSION surely is a good deal of money.

It is all the benefits that drive us crazy the congressmen receive even after only a term or two.

Your claim about Republicans and wages is inane. What's new?

No private company is forced to fund it's pension program the way they Postal Service does and that amounts to almost EXACTLY the amount that they are in the red. That was forced on them by a GOP Congress and it was done intentionally to MAKE them unprofitable.

    No...it is not.

But the fact that Republicans want people to make LESS than that speaks volumes

How pathetic it is that you don't have anything more constructive to do with your time than to harass the Post Office.

Taxpayer money does not support the USPS.

The USPS, unlike private industry, must by law fund 75 years of retirement in a 15 year window.

Those knowledgable about the USPS are laughing at the dumb ass remarks above.
