They are merely one species in the third-way-a-pox-on-all-your-houses crowd who prefer to just sit around complaining

Sad story of course for the family, but these are the risks you run being somewhere you aren't supposed to be. Anyone that built their family on this kind of foundation in the first place is the one to blame here, no one else.

We cannot give status, and then take care of the border. Nope, that's what happened last time, and when we see how many illegals we have today it is safe to say it did not work. Border walled off and secure before any talk of who gets status, if any at all.

Why should "we the people" decide that a person should not be allowed to invite any other person onto their private property? From anywhere?

well, per the court records trump tried to say black people could not rent his apartments... would you support that?

the real answer is to make it a felony to knowingly hire illegals...

I think someone can do whatever they want with their property.

However, personally, if I knew that a particular company was racially discriminating, I would refuse to have anything to do with them and would encourage others to do the same. Blackballing has power in the marketplace. Could you imagine McDonalds refusing to serve red-heads? Their stock would tank, and they would "re-think" their position.

    More questions over questions

You are running true to form

We the people want to limit visitors to this country through the visa application process

Those are the laws we have

If you want to change them give us your reasons why

"We the people" should not decide that a person should not be allowed to invite any other person onto their private property. It's a violation of liberty.

Why do you in particular think a person should not be allowed to invite anyone they want onto their own property?

The full authority of Congress and supported by the Federal Courts and the Federal legal enforcement says so and its crazy the government can't decide who is allowed to come and go if not born here or naturalized citizens under the proper processes in place. Might I note believing it doesn't have this authority doesn't change in practice the government does and will use it as it deems fit.

The man was brought here illegally fine, its bad, but the second he opted to plant roots here without any legal basis he was taking a risk as was his wife and children with him. He had options come forward at eighteen, ask to be returned to Mexico and ask a judge to not consider him in violation of the laws since he came forward once no longer a minor and then likely he would be deported with no record and could apply for immigration the right way. And then come back in. Or could live in Mexico the rest of his life. Once he decided to stay longer he knew he was in the wrong and now he is paying the price. And his family. He was very selfish in my opinion. Now his family chose to stay here and not go with him likely the smart choice but they could have went with him.

It just seems weird that other people can have a say over who I invite to my property. It sounds super-statist.

FYI, he did come forward. He was arrested when he went to ICE offices as instructed by the court that stayed his deportation for what he thought had become a routine continuing stay of deportation because his nose was still clean. The Trump admin had said they were after bad hombres with records. Instead they seem to be concentrating on respectable people like working moms, restaurant owners, rotary club members and "pillars of the community" as one was described by the mayor of the town. These are easy targets because they check in annually as ordered by the court.

Agreed that to work you need to provide a SS number. You said he had a fake one so I just wondered if you had a link that pointed which type of SS Card fraud this gebonee committed. We agree that he is a criminal.

I am not saying get you do this but some people refer to him as an immigrant. No he is not ! He is an illegal alien. I was an immigrant. My parents brought me here legally. Immigrants are those who enter our country legally. All there are illegals. EOS.

PS Technically he would be a youthful offender since he made hus illegal entry at age 10.

It was stated his legal problems came to light because of identity theft. I assume he did that in order to secure a job. That would indicate he used fake SS credentials, as those are required for any legitimate job.

It's a felony to do that.

I am not arguing with you. So either he stole someone's identity or he bought stolen identity from criminals ( felons) who stole the identity.

We need to bring back chain gangs and criminals who do damage to people such identity teft need to work and their wages confiscated and given to their victims. There are great jobs for criminals such as at recycling facilities, sewage treatment plants, organic fertilizer plants, or medical research subjects, or live crash dummies ! well live when first start.

He was first detained in 2006 and has been fighting it for 12 years, he and his wife knew the situation he was in when they married, being able to delay your deportation through legal maneuvering does not grant you citizenship or legality. Had he returned to Mexico then and applied he could have been back by now.

I know you are not arguing with me. You're asking reasonable questions.

Either way he came about the identity, using it, especially the SS number, is a felony.

    Crash dummy.........hmmmmm.

Great. The SOB milked the taxpayer long enough.
As soon as he turned 18, he should've high tailed it back to Mexico. We need to rid everyone of these people who were brought here as children. They have stolen from our children and grandchildren. March them all to the end of the earth. Let em fall off into the abyss.
They should send everyone who was hugging him there with him.

American kids suffer every day because their parents break the law, why on Earth should illegal aliens be different? Or do you support not sending people to prison or jail because they have kids?
