Nikki Haley voices regret to African UN envoys after Trump slur

I find the hypocrisy of all the people upset about this to be overbearing because EVERY SINGLE PERSON that has pretended to be upset about Trumps refering to Haiti as a shithole has on multiple occasion denigrated particular states such as Alabama. The difference between an honest person such as myself and a lying turd such as posters on this subject is that they don't see their blatant hypocrisy.

There are parts of this world and even parts of this country that just plain suck and are awful places by any conceivable standard.

 

The Republicans didn't run a shithole candidate. Explain what you did, for the class. Here's some chalk and a blackboard. Please commence.

Which is one of the primary reasons I generally vote Democrat, being a moderate Independent. I do NOT trust people who cannot admit they make mistakes...

It's actually not her job to apologize for Trumpy the Clown... she wasn't there and cannot confirm, but even if she were, she wasn't the one with the classy description... I imagine that she did the best she could to try to defuse the situation, so minor kudos there...

The next UN vote with the US on the opposite side of the world ought to be pretty interesting...

I'd love for you to explain to an African ambassador in the UN that his country is a nice shithole... Best of luck with that strategy...

Haley was being diplomatic but didn't apologize nor claim Trump was wrong. Regretting the situation is not the same as regretting the statement.

Haley told the meeting that "she was not there at the White House, she is not sure what was said, but she regretted all this situation that has been created," the ambassador said.
