    Twump achieved his goal.
He wanted a gov't shutdown and he negotiated one.

Chalk up one more first for the Donald Trump administration: a president saying the country needs a government shutdown. In a pair of tweets Tuesday morning, Trump raged against a recent deal to fund the government through September and said that the government needed a good shutdown when this deal runs out:

How very presidential. A temper tantrum press release.
Had he stayed out of it, let the Senate advance their bipartisan reached DACA solution, the bill would have easily passed. But noooo, he has to have his useless, grossly expensive, counter productive wall. He proved willing to shut down government and all those things mentioned in the temper tantrum above just so he could get the stupid wall. His ego is that big that he can't accept that his idea has no merit and no one is going to go along with it. Doubling down on stupidity at the expense of millions of people is the epitome of assinine.

Trump in 2011: “if there is a shutdown I think it would be a tremendously negative mark on the president of the United States. He's the one that has to get people together.” [4/7/11]

Republicans shut down government = Republicans at fault.

DP shuts down government = Republicans at fault.

    Amazing how that works...

most likely, they will inspect further to find that democrats voted no on a funding bill for political reasoning surrounding illegal immigrants which is a completely unrelated topic.

Yeah. nobody will think that the clueless con man, liar and bully, wasn't a complete unpresidential boob. Nope its all the obstructionist losers fault.

It would be hilarious if it wasn't so tragic.

look, they obstructed a funding bill over something unrelated. additionally, this issue that was unrelated but made a priority by dems surrounds illegal immigrants. that's right, the basis for this whole thing is as simple as dems prioritizing illegal immigrants over tax paying citizens when it was a completely unrelated topic. it would by hilarious if it weren't so mind bogglingly stupid.

What is mind boggling stupid is that some republicans think that its all the dems fault for not supporting all the things that they agreed to.

Nope donald can't be blamed for his bumbling incompetent leadership. Its not his fault he whines and never mind what he actually said, its different now that he's in the hot seat. What a wimp.

Oh? I made up what trump said? You can't point to anything I've made up but I do understand how you have to think that in order to maintain your own flawed perspective.

    typical trumpette.

Clueless - has no idea of detailed policy, doesn't read, cannot assess consequences of his words and actions,

con man - trump university. Trump Khazigstan Tower. "Only I can fix it". and this entire sub https://www.reddit.com/r/TrumpCriticizesTrump/

Liar - he lies pathologically. he misrepresents facts and events. In fact here's just one fact checking site.
    http://www.politifact.com/personalities/donald-trump/statements/byruling/false/

bully = lyin' ted, crooked hillary, small marco, sloppy steve, get those sons of bitches off the field, "punch him in the nose" oh and "obstructionist losers". to highlight a small handful of examples.

Unpresidential boob - trashes ethics, immoral misogynist, self aggrandizing obsession, refusal to study, 1/3 of his time spent at trump properties, reports of 4 hour work days, denying he's stupid, and obsessive denial of PROVEN russian links

Yep facts do have a way of getting in the way of trumpettes. You didn't vote for him? Probably because you couldn't be bothered to vote in the first place.

You confuse the effect with the cause. Typical.
