Because he is threatening to use the power of the state to punish Americans who do not submit to the alien invasion of America. That makes him a traitor to the nation and an enemy to the citizens, in this case, Californians.

Somehow I do not think that most Americans are racists even if it is surprising the number of racists that had come out of hiding since Trump became President.

    Leaches???????

Children that was brought over here as children and who had proven outstanding citizens are leaches?????

Now Trump who have his private doctor come up with foot bone spurs to keep out of the military might be consider a leach far more then men and women who risk their lives in our military of their own free will.

Racists were always around since the founding of KKK, and out in force since Obama announced run for the presidency. Remember dick Clinton wishing Obama would served him coffee, and ole Joe congratulating Obama for being first articulate, clean shaven, mainstream African American?

Racist Democrats are always there, pointing finger at Trump and his voters.

I'm unaware of any adults who are under DACA protection who were killed in the U.S. military.

It was President Obama who used an executive order back in 2013 to ignore federal law and allow illegal aliens who fall under Obama's unconstitutional DACA protection for illegal aliens to serve in the military.

Out of the 2 million active duty and reservist and Guardsman serving today, only 800 are illegal aliens under Obama's DACA protection.

    What is that, .04% ?

    I believe it is.

All of that does nothing to contradict my post. However rosy you may want the picture to be, 100% of illegal immigrants have committed a crime and not all those who are against illegals entering the country are racist. If that were so every country on the planet which protects its borders would be 'racist'.

Here's the reality in Arizona, published recently, and there is no reason why the stats can't be similar in other states. https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3099992

The term is applied far more loosely than it ever before until, like 'Fascist' and 'Nazi' it has lost its meaning and original sting. Leftists will have to come up with a new derogatory term to denigrate an opposing view without having to actually debate the issues.

the government should always have a warrant before handing over Americans private data

you can't assume some workers are not Americans, so all Americans data should also be handed over

that said, I am all for a system that requires ALL employees to be checked via a federal employment system before employment, and if a employer hires a employee that fails the test, it's a Federal felony - though if the feds mistakenly deny an American a job, that American should get 100k restitution from the feds per false fail that denies them a job

Being upheld by the 9th circus is pretty much a guarantee that it will be overturned by SCOTUS.

The state has no right or ability to prevent employers allowing federal agents from reviewing records that fall under their juristiction or allowing access to their property and employees.

these two instances are extraordinarily different. in one instance, the federal government was using discretion as to which laws it would and wound not enforce. the lack of enforcement was affecting Arizona in a manner which they felt was negative. Arizona attempted to subsidize the lack of enforcement with state resources. in this instance, California is using state resources in order to mitigate the federal government's ability to enforce federal laws. one instance supported enforcing federal laws the other opposes it.

States rights in violation of Federal Immigration Laws. It's interesting how so many people went off the rails when Arizona tried to deal with illegal immigration, having grown frustrated by the lack of action on the part of the Obama Administration.

Now that the role is reversed, they applaud California. Don't how I could operate with a set of principles ground on vapors.

I've had some similar experience. That opens an interesting thought.

Every day there are polls trying to tell everyone how to think on a subject. But in the broad sense, how many are actually informed and paying attention? The left's media partners, with their minute by minute dog whistles would have people believe the Nation is gripped in one crisis or another, all cause by the President and his party.

But is that true? Based on the people you've talked to? Based on the people I've talked to? Are they clinging to every sound bite political junkies like us here do?

    I don't think so.

Good point, and quite possibly explains the strategy. I know from experience here in California the Progressive operate in "death by a thousand cuts" mode on just about everything they do.

Don't you agree "immoral" is a subjective word?

California is making it illegal for an employer to do what is necessary to insure their employee are legally able to work. At the same time, the Federal Government is poised to fine and arrest employers who have illegals working for them.

I get the state doesn't have to life a finger to help enforce federal laws, but these measures cross that line, and I am extremely hopeful to see California leadership dragged away in handcuffs. Don't believe for a minute that would happen, but it would be great.

That assumes that the liberals in california are not totally insane

But unfortunately I think they have lost their minds over illegal aliens

    LOL

Well, it will always remain difficult for me to remain objective when considering the actions Progressives have taken to ruin my state.

For every illegal they reward, there are multiple legal voting age family members who will pull the handle in support of anything they do.

What is baffling is they do that when it screws themselves. Increased gas taxes and registration costs, shoved down the throats of citizens, yet they keep voting these creatures into office.

Do you mean to tell me that government breaking up families is moral?

Separating fathers and mothers from children is a moral act?
